The charm of a three-day tour in Luoyang lies in the good, clean and lazy stock market. The folk customs are simple, the cultural background is rich, the commercial atmosphere is not strong, and the price is simply cabbage price. The locals are warm and easy-going (asking for directions and taking the bus can remind me to get off three times), although it is really hot like a steamer in June.
I live in front of the beautiful old street in the ancient city, not far from the Drum Tower. Century-old brands and scenic spots are mainly concentrated in the old city, with convenient transportation and beautiful night view of the old city ~
Thanks to Luoyang, the imperial capital, the barren historical level of the museum's ancient city wall has risen by at least one grade.
The most prosperous and magnificent scenic spot in Luoyang, the palace where Wu Zetian ascended the throne. Tang Ming is the main hall of Wu Zetian's ruling dynasty, and Heaven is the stupa of Wu Zetian for offering Buddha and luring heaven. After lighting up the night scene, it is magnificent and amazing. The scenic spot closes at nine o'clock, but you can take pictures from the outside, and you should also pay attention to avoiding the aunt who dances square dance at the door. Take a taxi at 9: 30 to take a night view and call again.
Paradise was the tallest wooden structure in China at that time, but it was said to have been burned down twice. For the first time, Toy Boy and Xue Huaiyi of Wu Zetian were jealously jealous, burning Tang Ming, which extended to the heaven (so Wu Zetian replaced the phoenix at the top of the tower with a fireball after the first reconstruction), and for the second time, it was the Anshi Rebellion, and the war swallowed up the heaven again (it was useless to change it).
Because it was only opened to the public on 20 15, the whole scenic spot was very new, and it was dazzling as soon as it entered the hall. The combination of scientific and technological projection and scenic spots is great, and there are costume performances at different times. At present, the only real site of Paradise Hall is the trace of the original load-bearing column.
Also known as "Luoyang Ancient Art Museum" (actually all tombs) is located in the northern suburbs. It is mainly the site of Mangshan ancient tombs in the Han, Wei, Jin, Tang and Song Dynasties, including many exquisite tomb murals. Tickets are free. You can get in by swiping your ID card.
Luoyang has always been a paradise for grave robbers. The whole museum is divided into mural area on the ground and underground tomb area, which really needs to be buried. When the temperature dropped from 32℃ on the ground to 2 1℃ in the tombs, the gloomy and cold tombs of four dynasties for more than 2,000 years had a great effect on relieving summer heat, and the lighting effects were various and really exciting.
There are exhibition halls of four dynasties, including more than a dozen tomb caves, which are littered with funerary objects, such as tomb animals and pottery. Tombs are generally bucket arches, and the historical background of each tomb is introduced in detail. The treasure of the town hall is a peony stone coffin.
Jingling is the tomb of Emperor Xiaowen's son in the Northern Wei Dynasty. It is divided into separate areas for people to visit. There is a long downward sloping dirt road leading to the tomb, with guardian statues on the left and right, and a complete sarcophagus in the back hall. Compared with the nearby tombs, this tomb is particularly cool.
The signboard of Luoyang is listed as a world cultural heritage (world cultural heritage, which means it is absolutely safe even if the world war breaks out). After 500 years in Wei, Jin, Tang and Song Dynasties, there are more than 100,000 Buddha statues, the largest being17m, and the smallest being only 2cm.
Longmen Grottoes are divided into Dongshan Grottoes and Xishan Grottoes. Although the straight lines on both sides are about 1 km long, there are too many 2345 caves. There are stairs in front of the cave, and you will feel that you have taken a hundred thousand steps after listening to the explanation. Many Buddha statues were stolen and chiseled, and the right hand of the most spectacular Lushena Buddha statue was chiseled overseas, and now it is hidden in new york, USA. It is amazing that the ancients carved such beautiful stone statues on the stone wall. Fingers, costumes, lines, gestures, expressions and demeanor are all lifelike.
At the top of the Lotus Cave, there are exquisite and complicated embossed lotus flowers. At the top of the prescription cave, there are 140 complete ancient prescriptions. On both sides of the Buddha cave, there are 15000 small Buddha statues with a height of only 4 cm. In addition, Qianxi Temple, Guyangdong, Cliff Three Niches, Drum Tower Three Holes and Kanjing Temple are also breathtaking.
But I was killed after climbing the cave in the western hills.
Bai Juyi's cemetery is on the Pipa Peak in Dongshan, Longmen. In Bai Juyi's poem, "there is always running water in front of the door, and there are many tall trees on the wall." The bamboo path goes around the lotus pond and retreats more than 100 steps. " The design of the white garden is very intimate. Eight or nine points is close to this. Just like Bai Juyi's life style, the garden is simple and elegant, with flowers in three seasons, evergreen in four seasons and winding paths. You can climb to the grave in ten or five minutes. Perhaps because the honorific title of the writer is too clean, Bai Juyi's tomb has never been stolen.
Lijingmen is a tower built in the Sui Dynasty, which reproduces the ancient capital Luoyang. It has a round wall and can be boarded before 9 pm. The night view is beautiful. I went upstairs to watch the sunset from 7: 30 until 9 pm. From Lijingmen, you can overlook the whole night view of the old street and watch the moon rise (the day I went was the fifteenth full moon).
After entering the night under Lijingmen, you can simply eat something in heaven. Peony cake can be seen everywhere, and you can't turn over the soup and sprinkle pear cream candy.
Every ancient city has a Drum Tower, which was built in the Ming Dynasty and has a history of 350 years. Located in the middle of East Street, opposite to the bustling Lijingmen, but few tourists come here to visit. Compared with the striking landmarks such as Beijing Drum Tower and Xi 'an Drum Tower, Luoyang Drum Tower is more like an unremarkable old building integrated into the market. Gulou Street is basically a place where local people open some calligraphy, painting and rice paper shops. The old city has a strong atmosphere and quiet vicissitudes.
Zhu Ying, one of the eight scenic spots in Luoyang, includes one tower, one pavilion and one bridge. One tower and one pavilion are Tuancheng Pavilion and Zhu Ying Pagoda, which are opposite each other by Luopu Zhu Ying Bridge. The geographical location is relatively hidden, except for photographers and locals who come to dance under the tower, there are basically no tourists, which is very quiet and peaceful. But it's so beautiful that there is no blind spot for taking pictures at all. In spring, the river slope will be full of cherry blossoms, lined with the scarlet Zhu Ying Pagoda, and Zhu Ying's beauty will be incisively and vividly.
The ancient city of Luoyi is a famous commercial and cultural city, known as the "Zhongyuan Ferry". Luo Yi is the representative of Chinese civilization, and the Wenfeng Pagoda inside is the site.
The ancient city is basically quiet during the day, but it will be lively at night. The ancient city is brightly lit, and the night view by the river is very soft. Just lying on the stone steps and watching the moon in the pavilion is also a wonderful enjoyment.
The second symbol of Luoyang, Baima Temple, is the first ancient temple in China, which was built when Buddhism was introduced into China, and it is well preserved. Many local old people go to worship Buddha and kowtow, and the incense in the temple is very prosperous.
The most special thing about the White Horse Temple is that, in addition to China's Daxiong Hall, Tianwang Temple, Drum Tower and other ancient temples in China, there are also foreign Buddhist temples built with huge investment by India, Thailand and Myanmar. Standing in a tall building, the architectural style is really abrupt.
Thailand is resplendent, Indian bricks are solid, and China is antique. To exaggerate, sending a selfie to a circle of friends from an angle in the Buddhist temple area of Myanmar and saying that you are traveling in Myanmar can really deceive people. One ticket to visit the Buddhist temples in the Three Kingdoms is very novel. (Although I don't know much about Buddhism)
Guanlin is the place where Guan Yu, the general of Shu State, was buried during the Three Kingdoms period, and it is a scenic spot that fans of the Three Kingdoms can't miss. There are many buildings in it, including a temple with incense, a three-knot peach garden, a small bridge pool, a cypress garden and a combination of "burial, temple and forest".
There are many plaques depicting Guan Yu hanging on the top of the temple. Personally, I admire Guan Yu the most, and it is said that he is good at both civil and military affairs, and he is also known as a handsome man with a long beard (wandering), which is so valued by Cao Cao. Unfortunately, there is no room for heroes.
Luoyang Museum is one of the first national first-class museums, and its architectural appearance is as flat as that of Fang Ding. The richness of the collection is amazing, and the tickets are free.
In the Treasure Hall of Luoyang Museum, I saw at least four original antiques I had seen in history books. The treasures of the town hall are "inlaid with turquoise bronze ornaments", "bronze knight with nail pattern on the chest", "three-color black glazed horse" and "white jade cup".
I was surprised when I saw with my own eyes that the bronze handicraft industry reached such a level in the Western Zhou Dynasty. However, when the bronzes were introduced to China, the pottery industry in the Western Zhou Dynasty had reached a considerable level, so I guess the Western Zhou Dynasty could develop its own bronze culture with China characteristics on the basis of the inherent earthenware technology, and China's learning ability has been great.
Finally, there is a museum in the downtown square.
The cool sculpture of the son of heaven riding six horses is very eye-catching, but I didn't expect the museum to be underground, so I had a great effort to find it. The main site of this museum is the chariots and horses pits of Zhou Wang (I heard that there were hundreds of chariots and horses pits buried with him in Luoyang at the beginning, but there were too many. Later, I took photos and backfilled them in Luoyang. ) At the beginning, because Qin Shihuang burned books to bury Confucianism, the history books never recorded how many horses the King of Zhou drove. It was not until this chariot pit was discovered that "the son of heaven drove six horses".
There are free commentators in it, which is great. I met a little old lady that day, explaining vividly, catching up with cross talk and dragging her into the water. I was really impressed by the rites and music and the culture of chariots and horses in the Zhou Dynasty. Her sentence "Imagine, if we give them a minute to live, is it a magnificent sight of a carriage hunting with a magnificent flag?"
The legendary place where Confucius and Laozi met, I thought this monument might be a scenic spot, or placed in Wangcheng Park or something, but it turned out to be perfectly hidden in Dongtong Lane of the old city, next to a fruit seller, and the geographical location was so low that I could hardly find it. With this geomantic omen, children living in Dongtong Lane are the key materials for the exam.
The largest comprehensive park in Luoyang is named after it was built on the site of the Eastern Zhou Dynasty King City. It's really comprehensive. Peony gardens, zoos, ancient cultural areas, aquariums and playgrounds in the park are often complained, "What is the experience of enjoying peony in the stench of animals?" There was a peony culture festival before, and when I went there, the peony had already lost, so I strolled in the park. Many local people come here to exercise and play with their children.
Every city will have its own snack street. In Luoyang, it is the cross street of the old city. Snack street, not much to say, go shopping and buy whatever you want. Fried yogurt, grilled squid, roasted wings, kebabs, roasted cold noodles, roasted scallops, fried rice noodles. Rice rolls is the standard of snack street. However, the old street didn't open until after five o'clock, and both sides were covered with red lanterns, which still had the atmosphere of a food street.
Well, after visiting the scenic spots, of course, the food articles will follow. In Luoyang, I can skip a meal, but I must eat three popsicles.
It is a tradition in the Tang Dynasty to eat Luoyang water mat for three days. Besides, the soup is sour, so foreigners may not be used to it.
Luoyang's famous old-fashioned water seats include Zhendifang Hotel and Guanji Water Seats, but Guanji Water Seats are really difficult to queue up. I went to the Jiufu water mat next door, and it was delicious.
