Yingzhou West Lake is located on both sides of Xinquan River, one kilometer northwest of Fuyang City. It is the confluence of four ancient rivers: Heying River, Qinghe River, Little ru river and Bailonggou.

Kuixing Tower is located in the corner of the southeast tower of Fuyang old city, also known as the turret. Climbing the stairs can overlook Huoshan Mountain in the south, also known as the Fire Tower, commonly known as "Sanpeng Tower". This building is an ancient building built during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty (1574) when Zhao expanded. In the ninth year of Tongzhi in Qing Dynasty (1870), it was rebuilt, with all-brick structure and three-story hexagon. It is 9.93 meters high, with double eaves, ridging and warping, and the top is decorated with iron dance. The hexagonal clock is made of copper (198 1 changed to iron clock during reconstruction).
