How to improve the moral cultivation of young primary school teachers

With the leap-forward development of higher education in China, the proportion of young teachers is increasing. Based on the author's own experience, this paper discusses the necessity and practical significance of cultivating young teachers' morality in colleges and universities, and puts forward corresponding solutions to some problems existing in the cultivation of young teachers' morality in colleges and universities.

The rapid economic and social development in China has directly promoted the leap-forward development of higher education in China. The capacity of higher education in China is increasing, the number of colleges and universities and the number of students enrolled are increasing year by year, and the age level of teachers engaged in higher education has also undergone major changes. The proportion of young teachers under the age of 35 is increasing. These young teachers usually have some similarities. Most of them were born in the late 1970s and mid-1980s, and only children accounted for a considerable proportion. Most of them have high-level education above master's degree, and some of them have just graduated from universities and directly entered colleges and universities to work as teachers. As one of the executors of higher education, they shoulder the important mission of imparting professional knowledge and shaping students' values. Therefore, the level of teachers' morality will directly affect the effectiveness of teaching and educating people, and it is also related to national talent training and social development.

The author's university, Guangdong Pharmaceutical University, is a provincial university. Since the school moved to Guangzhou University Town in 2004, with the improvement of teaching hardware conditions, the teaching staff has been greatly supplemented in the two or three years around 2005. As a provincial university in Guangdong, GPHL attaches great importance to closely tracking the changes in the demand for applied talents in regional economic and social development, speeding up the adjustment of talent training mode and updating educational concepts. At the same time, based on the introduction of more young teachers in recent years, GPHL has done fruitful work in strengthening the construction of teachers and improving the overall quality of teachers, providing a good environment for the improvement of young teachers' professional ethics.

According to the actual situation of young teachers in the school, the school organized four training courses for young teachers, which were highly valued by school leaders at all levels. The training is rich in content and diverse in forms. The school leaders personally boarded the platform and told us how to become a qualified college teacher with their own personal experience. The training class invited national and provincial famous teachers from famous universities in Guangdong Province to give reports to deepen young teachers' understanding and understanding of education and teaching, teachers' morality and style. How to understand the essence of teachers' morality and how to make it better serve for teaching and educating people is a problem worthy of our consideration. Teachers' morality should gradually become a special educational resource cultivated and stored by college teachers, so that educational behavior has strong appeal, influence and affinity to students and promotes the progress of students' personality cultivation values. Therefore, teachers' morality should be an indispensable humanistic environment for students' healthy growth and the soil for students' personality development and innovative spirit. The author believes that due to the active attention of university leaders, the careful help of senior teachers and the emphasis on young teachers' self-improvement, the overall level of young teachers' moral cultivation in colleges and universities is relatively high. However, there are also some problems, such as a small number of young teachers' work concepts have not changed enough, and there will be problems such as weak sense of responsibility and weak awareness of educating people when treating students, which will have a negative impact on students' education; Some young teachers only pay attention to imparting professional knowledge, coming to class and leaving class, and pay insufficient attention to students' thoughts, which leads to poor teaching effect; Some young teachers lack professionalism and pioneering spirit. They think that they can relax completely after studying for many years, and their professional quality is relatively low. Young teachers are facing the pressure of promotion of professional titles, and some teachers put too much energy into their own scientific research work, which directly reduces the importance attached to teaching work, and the concept of teaching and educating people gradually weakens.

Therefore, for young teachers in colleges and universities, the cultivation and cultivation of teachers' professional ethics should be the first priority in teaching and educating people. (3) A good working environment for education is also a necessary condition for the construction of teachers' morality. The quality of the working environment has a great influence on the edification of personal morality. Colleges and universities should strive to create a positive atmosphere of respecting teachers and attaching importance to teaching, and fully embody teachers' dominant position. By introducing the mechanism of equal competition, we can reduce the hard conditions in all aspects and provide better conditions for young teachers' personal development and career success. At the same time, schools should fully embody the spirit of "excellent work and excellent reward", so that young teachers can get higher income through hard work and creative work in schools, and guide young teachers to devote more energy to teaching and educating people without being tempted by external economic interests.
