Development history
Kalashnikov rifles were originally mass-produced with 7.62× 39m43mm medium-sized bullets. After four years of development, they were adopted by the Soviet Union in 1949 (AK-47 assault rifle 1 model).
During the period of 1948- 1950, AK47 assault rifles with metal punching boxes were mass-produced. By 195 1, the AK47 assault rifle was replaced by a variant gun with a milled shell, and the manufacturing method of the shell was changed from stamping to machining.
