Definition of warm air
Generally, the warm air of a car is the waste heat of the engine. Warm air is the most basic and effective heating facility in the car. It uses the circulating cooling system of the engine to generate heat, which is transferred to the cab through the blower, which belongs to heat reuse, so the power consumption of warm air is much lower than that of air conditioning, and the fuel consumption is very low.
At present, there are two common heating valve switches: mechanical locking valve and ball valve, which are generally opened in parallel and closed vertically. After the temperature rises, the wind from the air outlet is still not hot, so the warm air can't be turned off. After the temperature drops, hot air comes out of the air outlet. In the automatic mode of turning on the air conditioner, the temperature inside the car cannot reach the constant temperature effect.
