1. Qingyuan Vocational and Technical School: the national key secondary vocational school sponsored by Qingyuan Municipal People's Government, the national advanced vocational education unit, the national demonstration school for the reform and development of secondary vocational education, and the construction unit of high-level secondary vocational schools in Guangdong Province. The school was founded in 1983, and was awarded as a national key secondary vocational school in 2004.
The school has "Guangdong Secondary Vocational and Technical Education and Training Center", "Guangdong Public Training Center", "Qingyuan Special Operations Personnel Training Center" and "Qingyuan Ninth Skill Appraisal Institute".
2. Qingyuan Technician College (Senior Technician School) is a comprehensive training base for technicians' education, which has been paid attention to, inspected and affirmed by senior leaders such as Xie Fei, Li Changchun, Zhang Dejiang and Wang Yang, Lu Ruihua, Huang Huahua, the provincial government, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the Ethnic Affairs Committee of the National People's Congress.
It is also the only labor transfer training demonstration base in Guangdong Province, which is the training base for high-skilled talents, the training demonstration base for small and medium-sized enterprises in Guangdong Province and the the State Council Poverty Alleviation Office. It is the birthplace of intellectual poverty alleviation.
The school is located in Qingyuan High-tech Industrial Development Zone, covering an area of 353 mu with a planned area of 573 mu. At present, the construction area is nearly 6.5438+0.5 million square meters, with 654.38+0 students and nearly 500 faculty members.
There are six engineering departments, including mathematical model, mechatronics, automobile, chemical engineering, economy and trade, and application design, and 32 majors, including CNC machining technology, office automation, mechatronics, automobile insurance and claims, chemical technology and analysis, and animation design. The one-time employment rate of graduates is 100%, and the stable employment rate is 98.5%.
Yuancheng Changjiang Vocational & Technical School and Qingyuan Beijiang Vocational & Technical School are multi-level and multi-professional full-time schools, which are registered by the Municipal Education Bureau, the Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau and the Provincial Education Department and integrate junior college, technical secondary school and Chinese technology. Founded in 1996, the school is one of the earlier vocational schools in Qingyuan.
