The scenery of Wang Si
Wangsishan is located opposite Qingxi Town, Xuanhan County, and it is a red land. Its main peak is 1 100 meters above sea level, making it the first peak in Qingxi town. Starting from the county seat, it can be reached in 20 minutes by speedboat. The summit is expected to cover the whole Qingxi, hence the name Wang Si. The mountains around Wangsi Mountain are undulating and ravines are criss-crossing. Its strategic position is very important and it has always been a battleground for military strategists. Wang Si is a red land with glorious revolutionary tradition. It is the hometown of Wang Weizhou, the founder of the Red Thirty Army. Wang Si Mountain is towering into the sky, with mild climate and abundant rainfall, which has unique resource and ecological advantages. Standing on the main peak of Wang Si, overlooking the east, you can have a panoramic view of Qingxi Jiangkou Lake. The blue waves are boundless and the islands are scattered. There is Siwangshan Temple on the mountain, also known as Tiantai Temple. There are five-story halls, including Lingguan Hall, Xuanzu Hall, * Hall, Guanyin Hall and Songzi Hall, covering an area of about 1000 square meters. It was built by local villagers in Xianfeng period of Qing Dynasty. It was repaired during the Tongzhi period, and it was repaired at the end of 1992. There is a gazebo in front of the temple with a big clock hanging inside. When it rings, it can be heard dozens of miles away in Fiona Fang. There are many poems describing this scene in the temple, such as "the railing is small up the hill, and the cloud on the soles of the feet is suspected to be immortal". What is even more amazing is the ten thousand-step ladder, which is a must in eastern Sichuan. It starts from Jiangkou Lake and connects to the top of Wang Si. All made of stone, the total length is 2 100 meters, the steps are 10000, and the vertical height is 830 meters. From the lake to the top of the mountain, the scenery is infinite, making people feel like a fairyland.
