Step 1: Check for leakage.
Open the cooled machine cover, first check whether there is any leakage in the pipes and joints of the cooling system, and do a good job in cleaning and cleaning related components.
Step 2: Drain the water and clean it.
Release the original water or water-based antifreeze in the water tank and store it in a light-colored basin or bucket. Observe whether it is clear, transparent and free of impurities. If it is basically possible, rinse the cooling system twice with clean water.
If the released antifreeze is found to be rusty yellow, rusty red or with heavy dirt, it means that the cooling system is corroded and rusted, and the cooling system must be cleaned several times with clear water until the washed water is clear, transparent, colorless and free of impurities (if the dirt is serious, it needs to be cleaned regularly).
After the above work is completed, use the air pump to completely blow out the residual water in the cooling system, then briefly start the engine until a large amount of hot air is released from the liquid filling port, and then check whether there is any leakage.
At this time, after the vehicle is cooled, Huibang cooling oil can be added.
Step 3: Specific steps of filling Huibang cooling oil:
1, when the large water tank increases to about 4㎏ and the small water tank increases to about 2㎏, start the engine, and at the same time turn on the warm air to discharge the water and air inside.
2. With the engine running, continue to add cooling oil until it reaches the normal working level (the normal working level of cooling oil is the same as that of ordinary water-based antifreeze). Don't pour too fast, observe dynamically while pouring to prevent leakage.
3. It is very important to observe the change of liquid level after the cooling oil is filled to the normal working level. Under normal circumstances, there will be an appropriate amount of bubbles coming out of the water tank filler. Every time a bubble comes out, the liquid level will drop a little, and it needs to be replenished immediately. This process lasts about 5-6 minutes. When no bubbles appear, the liquid level can be replenished to the normal position.
Cover the filler cap and let the engine continue to run until the fan starts.
Step 4: Drivers' Precautions
Qin Ying should check the working level of cooling oil (especially in the first few days or within 3000 kilometers) after the vehicle enters normal driving after being filled with cooling oil. If the liquid level drops, the reason should be found out in time, and it needs to be replenished in time to prevent the liquid level drop from affecting its efficacy due to the evaporation of residual water and the extrusion of residual air in the cooling system. At the same time, pay attention to finding leaks. In case of cooling oil leakage, oil should be drained in time and put into the lake, and it can be reused after repair.
However, the traditional coolant, water and water-containing antifreeze can not meet the inherent defects of engine heat dissipation;
1. Water freezes at 0℃ and boils at 100℃. Ice will explode the engine water tank and cylinder, and boiling will overheat the engine until it is paralyzed.
2. When the engine temperature reaches above 80℃, air bubbles should begin to appear on the cylinder wall. Water bubbles form a bubble thermal barrier on the cylinder surface to prevent heat loss inside the engine. Water bubbles are generated and burst endlessly on the metal surface of engine cylinder block, and the cylinder block loses its function through the action of water droplets passing through stones-this is cavitation.
3. The local temperature inside the engine is too high, and the tendency of pre-combustion and knocking increases, which increases the vibration and noise, greatly reduces the performance and efficiency of the engine, and forms anhydrous fuel consumption.
4. The electrochemical corrosion of water under the action of electrolyte produces water rust and scale, which accelerates the aging speed of the cooling system and reduces the heat dissipation performance.
5. When the engine temperature reaches above 80℃, steam, bubbles and water expand, which increases the internal pressure of the cooling system. This not only catalyzes the aging speed of the cooling system, but also gradually fails to ensure the rotation speed required for normal heat dissipation due to corrosion. Therefore, the heat dissipation defects of water-containing antifreeze can be summarized as follows: (1) the heat dissipation performance is limited, and the overheating peak cannot be suppressed; The engine is aging gradually, which makes the engine heat increase continuously; The cooling system is gradually aging, and the heat dissipation capacity is reduced.
It is suggested to replace the latest product of coolant with Huibang cooling oil, which can effectively solve the above problems and better maintain the performance of the engine. There is also the effect of fuel saving, which is more environmentally friendly ~! 500 thousand kilometers maintenance-free ~ ~!
