First, you can rent a small Buddhist chanting machine (5- 10 yuan) and put it at home to ward off evil spirits.

Third: stop killing and release, try to be vegetarian and do more good deeds. These are actions to accumulate happiness and longevity.
Fourth: Please ask the circulation office of the temple for a copy of Shurangama Sutra. This Buddhist scripture has the power of a town house. Please put it in a high and clean place when you come back. The place where the scriptures are located is the Buddha.
