1. Finger Brothers
There are ten brothers in two groups (the ten fingers are individually displayed outside the palm). You are born with different heights (turn your hands, palms facing inward). The eldest son is the thickest (with thumbs extended on both hands) picture. The second child is born with ideas (with his index fingers on both hands). The third child is taller (with his middle finger extended on both hands). The fourth child was born with no future (stretch out his ring fingers with both hands). Don’t look at Lao Wu because he is small (stretch your little fingers with both hands). You have the ability to pull up the hook (the little fingers of both hands hook each other). The boss bumps his head (touching thumbs of both hands). The dick touches the face (the index fingers of both hands touch). Laosan bends over (moves the middle fingers up and down on both hands). Lao Wu stretches his legs (stretching the little fingers of both hands). Everyone claps and sings (claps both hands). Clench your fists with strength (raise your hands with both fists). East beat (beat the heart of the left hand with the right hand). Xi Yi Chu (beating the heart of the right hand with the left hand) Figure 1-16. 2. Fingers sleeping
The eldest child is sleeping (palms of both hands are facing upwards, thumbs are bent)
The second child is sleeping (index fingers are bent).
The big guy is asleep (middle finger bent).
You fell asleep (ring finger bent).
I fell asleep and everyone fell asleep. (Bend your little finger and turn your palms downward).
The little one is awake (pinky finger straightened). The fourth child is awake (ring finger straightened). Big guy wakes up (middle finger extended). You are awake, I am awake (extend your index finger and thumb one after another). Everyone is awake (claps hands to each other).
3. Finger Baby: Two thumbs (hands facing each other into fists, thumbs straight). Same height as each other (punches together, thumbs together). Tap each other (thumbs of both hands bent forward). Then bend at the waist (bend the thumbs of both hands forward). Two little fingers (both fists open, little thumbs of both hands straight). All are dexterous (bending movements of the little fingers of both hands). Pull and hook each other (the little fingers of both hands hook each other repeatedly). Nod your head and say hello (put your fists upright and the little fingers of both hands bend and bend toward each other). Index finger (finger flick). Middle finger (flick the middle finger). Ring finger (play the ring finger). Everything is inseparable (bending movements of the index, middle and ring fingers of both hands). Count with your hands spread out (palms facing up, fingers extended). One (left thumb bent). Two (left index finger bent). Three (right middle finger bent). Four (the left ring finger is bent). Five (left little finger bent). Six (right thumb bent). Seven (right index finger bent). Eight (right middle finger bent). Nine (the right ring finger is bent). 4. Finger cooking: Cut vegetables (the little fingers of both hands are hooked, the ring finger and middle finger are raised together, and cut downwards). Roll out the dough (bend your ring finger and middle finger, and move your index finger to both sides). Make dumplings (put three fingers together, move up and down and touch the thumbs). Pound the garlic (hook the little fingers of both hands and move the thumbs).
5. Pound rice with fingers: Pound spring to spring (center of the right hand points upward, and the thumbs of both hands move like pounding rice). Sweep with a broom (the hand shape is the same as above, with the index finger of the right hand moving in the left hand, as if sweeping the floor). Dustpan and dustpan fan (the hand shape is the same as above, the index finger and middle finger of the left hand move upward like a fan). Count 1 (the hand shape is the same as above, extend the right index finger, and then put it down immediately). 2 (Extend the index finger of your left hand, the following actions are the same as above). 3 (Extend the middle finger of your right hand, the following actions are the same as above). 4 (Extend the middle finger of your left hand, the following actions are the same as above). 5 (Extend your right ring finger, the following actions are the same as above). 6 (Extend the ring finger of your left hand, the following actions are the same as above). 7 (Stretch out the little finger of your right hand, the following actions are the same as above). 8 (Stretch out the little finger of your left hand, the following actions are the same as above) Everyone does morning exercises 121 (first stretch the fingers of the left hand, then switch to the right hand. Follow the command to stretch the left and right hands in turn). One, two, one (stretch the fingers of your right hand first, then follow the command with your right hand and left hand to stretch them in turn).

7. All assembled, thumbs out (punches together, thumbs up). Let’s go together! One two one, one two one! Dismiss (the fingers speed up and make a bending movement, stop the movement when standing, and separate the hands when the dismissal command is given).
8. Finger glasses One hook of gold (backs of both hands facing each other, little fingers hooked). Two hooks of silver (the ring fingers hook together). Three hooks of copper (middle fingers hooked together). Four hooks of iron (index fingers hooked together). An old man emerged from the hook (his hands were turned inside out, holding a thumb in the middle). The old gentleman disappeared again (putting his hands away). Where have you gone? Buying glasses in a store (point forward with your index finger). The old gentleman chose a good pair of glasses (put his hands together, with the thumb and index finger forming a circle in the shape of glasses, and place them in front of his eyes).
9. The car is small (the middle fingers of both hands are connected to the thumb). Small car skill (the ring fingers of both hands are crossed, and the index fingers of both hands are hooked on the ring fingers). See whose car is smarter (middle finger extended forward). See who's car is good (thumbs close together to form a small car shape)
10. Finger drumming: Knock the drum on the top (move the index finger of both hands) and knock the drum on the bottom (move the little finger on both hands). Knock up and down together (the index finger and little finger move at the same time). There is a slit in the middle (the index finger and middle finger move upward, and the ring finger and little finger move downward).
11. Finger drumming: You play the drum and I play the gong (the manipulator moves the index finger up and down, and the right hand moves the little finger up and down). I play the drum and you play the gong (with the little finger of the left hand and the index finger of the right hand). Everyone taps together (move the index finger and little finger together). There is a river in the middle (move the index finger and middle finger upward, and the ring finger and little finger downward)
12. Finger Play Three birds are flying in the sky (move the left thumb, middle finger, and ring finger). Three horses are running underground (move the thumb, middle finger, and ring finger of the right hand). There is a little bear sleeping in the tree hole above (move your right index finger). There is a little squirrel sleeping in the tree hole below (move your left little finger). When two little rabbits are playing together (move the index finger of the left hand and the thumb of the right hand), tap downward; take turns to tap downward; tap once on both sides at the same time, tap again on the other side; and then switch left and right.
13. Finger kissing, little finger hooking (little fingers hooking each other). Thumbs on top (thumbs on top of each other). Turn in a circle (little fingers apart, palms facing each other, right hand stretched forward) Turn in a circle (thumbs also separated, fingers turned forward). Shake hands and kiss (the two hands continue to rotate and switch positions with the previous one). Shake hands to kiss relatives and then continue to rotate so that the fingertips of the two fingers are clasped inward).
