The renovation of old residential areas is a project to enhance the image of the city and benefit people's livelihood. In 2022, the renovation of Peixian 12 old community has been fully rolled out. 12 old communities are: Binhe Community (Nantan Community), Yiyuan Community, Cannery Building, Ge Feng New District, Han Jie Community, Peicheng Family Building, Caizhuang Building, Mianma Building, Bus Station Building and Mining Building.
