Chang 'an Central Plaza is located at the intersection of the Second Ring Road, Tiyu Road and Changqing Road in the town center, covering an area of 8 hectares and investing more than 40 million yuan. /kloc-0 was designed in 1997,/kloc-0 was started in August 1998, and/kloc-0 was put into use in the Spring Festival of 1999. The central square is a large-scale municipal cultural facility in Chang 'an Town, which combines the western architectural style and China garden architectural art, and can accommodate tens of thousands of people, providing a beautiful leisure place for more than 300,000 people in the town.
On the stage from the north entrance, you can see a wide and flat square with an area of over 20,000 square meters. On the east and west sides of the square stand two rows of coconut trees and two rows of fine banyan trees with a height of 10, which are shaded by trees, showing the southern style and adding momentum to the square.
To the south, there is an open-air theater that can accommodate 2500 spectators. The outer wall of the theater is a relief 100 meters long, which artistically reproduces the past history of Chang 'an, the brilliant achievements after the reform and opening up, and shows a bright future. The south entrance of the square is a bronze mirror door made of snowflake marble, with a large bronze mirror hanging on the door, which symbolizes the fair, open, honest and noble administrative style of Chang 'an Town Government. There are four leisure attractions around the square: Chunhua Garden, Xiajing Garden, Qiuyue Garden and Dongjing Garden, with pavilions, winding paths, red flowers and green grass, and various ingenious fountains. The unpredictable lighting and elegant music make the whole square filled with elegant, romantic and harmonious atmosphere.
The most striking thing is the giant "Feng Shui Ball" in the center of the square, which is called the largest in China. A large "Feng Shui Ball" with a diameter of 1.8m and four small "Feng Shui Balls" with a diameter of 1.2m form a "Feng Shui Ball" array.
