Through the combination of multiple pieces of glass and sealant, the environment on both sides of the glass is isolated, which has better heat insulation, sound insulation and energy saving effects. Scope of application: factory buildings, airport terminals, motor vehicles, freezers, high-grade buildings, office buildings and other occasions with heat insulation, sound insulation and energy saving requirements.

Laminated glass

It is composed of two or more pieces of float glass and one or more layers of polyvinyl butyral film (PVB for short, produced by DuPont or Shounuo), which are compounded by high-pressure furnace and other equipment. Because this bonding material has good impact resistance and bonding performance, when the glass is broken by impact, sharp fragments will not hurt people because of the bonding effect of PVB film sandwiched between two ordinary glasses. At the same time, the sound insulation and sunlight control of its PVB interlayer make it a new building material with energy-saving and environmental protection functions: laminated glass can not only isolate 1000~2000 Hz noise that can penetrate ordinary glass, but also block more than 99% ultraviolet rays and absorb heat in infrared spectrum. Scope of application: roofs, curtain walls, skylights, banks, shops, vehicles and other areas with high safety and special joints with bulletproof and explosion-proof requirements.

Float glass

The float production process is completed in a tin bath filled with protective gas. Molten glass continuously flows in from the tank kiln and floats on the surface of tin liquid with relatively high density. Under the action of gravity and surface tension, the molten glass spreads flat on the surface of molten tin, and the upper and lower surfaces are flat, hardened and cooled before being introduced into the transition roller table. The rollers of the roller table rotate to pull the glass ribbon out of the tin bath and send it to the annealing furnace.

Heat reflecting glass

Generally, heat reflective glass is coated with one or more layers of metals or their compounds on the surface of the glass, which makes the product rich in color, with appropriate transmittance for visible light, high reflectivity for infrared light and high absorption rate for ultraviolet light. Therefore, it is also called sunlight control glass, which is mainly used in buildings and glass curtain walls.

U-shaped glass (also called channel glass) is a new type of building energy-saving wall profile glass, which is made of broken glass, quartz sand and other raw materials and has the characteristics of good lighting, heat insulation, sound insulation, noise prevention, high mechanical strength, aging resistance and light resistance. The shape is a banner, which is tall and straight, handsome and smooth, and has a unique decorative effect. But also has convenient installation and low comprehensive cost. Compared with ordinary steel flat glass structure, it can reduce the cost by 20%-40%, reduce the workload by 30%-50%, and save the consumption of glass and metal.

Wire-clamped fireproof glass

Wire-sandwiched fireproof glass is a composite glass body made by adding metal wires and nets in the interlayer of organic film or inorganic glue between two layers of glass. After adding iron wire or net, it can not only improve the overall impact strength of fire-proof glass, but also connect with electric heating and safety alarm system to play a multi-functional role. The only drawback of this kind of fireproof glass is its poor light transmission.

Flat glass is a transparent and colorless flat glass made of timely sandstone powder, silica sand, potassium fossils, soda ash, mirabilite and other raw materials in a certain proportion, which is melted in a furnace at high temperature. Traditional glass products, mainly used in doors and windows, have the functions of light transmission, wind prevention and heat preservation. Colorless, good transparency, smooth surface and no defects are required.

Low emissivity

Low-emissivity glass is a kind of thin film system composed of multiple layers of metals or their compounds such as silver, copper and tin plated on the glass surface. The product has high transmittance of visible light, high reflectivity of infrared light and good heat insulation performance. Mainly used in buildings, cars, ships and other means of transportation. Due to the poor strength of the film, it is generally made of insulating glass.

Coated glass is to coat one or more layers of metal, alloy or metal compound films on the surface of glass to change the optical properties of glass and meet certain requirements.

Heat-insulating fireproof glass

Hollow fireproof glass is a new product of fireproof glass today. It is a new type of glass with sound insulation, noise reduction, heat insulation and fire prevention functions. On the basis of making insulating glass, it is only necessary to coat a layer of metal salt on the glass substrate that may contact with fire or flame, dry it at a certain temperature and humidity, and then process it into different shapes of insulating fire-proof glass for insulating glass doors, windows, partitions, partitions, fire exits and so on.

Sandwich composite fireproof glass

Sandwich composite flame retardant glass is a common and best-selling transparent sandwich composite flame retardant glass in the domestic and foreign markets at present. It is composed of two or more layers of flat glass sandwiched by transparent fireproof adhesive. Its fire resistance mainly depends on the performance of flame retardant adhesive. Flame retardant adhesives can generally be divided into inorganic materials (sodium silicate or water glass) and organic materials (acrylamide and flame retardant, etc.). ).

armoured glass

Laminated glass is also called shatterproof glass. It is made by heating ordinary flat glass to a red-hot softening state, and then pressing preheated iron wire or wire mesh into the middle of the glass.

patterned glass

Embossed glass, also known as patterned glass and knurled glass, is mainly used in doors and windows, indoor partitions, bathrooms and other places. Embossed glass has a pattern on the surface, which can transmit light, but it will block the line of sight, that is, it has the characteristics of light transmission and light impermeability, and the decorative effect is excellent.

safety glass

Safety glass refers to laminated glass, tempered glass and insulating glass made of them that meet the national standards.
