Cai Tingkai (1892-1968), courtesy name Xianchu, Han nationality, was born in Guangfu, Luoding, Guangdong. Born in the military, he was promoted from a soldier to a general commander-in-chief of the 19th Route Army step by step. He relied on his extraordinary military exploits. The most famous thing is that he led the 19th Route Army to fight against the Japanese army after the "December 28th Incident", which led to the Japanese occupation.
