"Left Qinglong, right white tiger, former Suzaku, later Xuanwu", so what's in the middle?

As we all know, our Chinese culture is profound and has a long history of more than 5,000 years. Among all these cultures, fairy tales are undoubtedly unique. China's myths and legends have been circulating for a long time, but compared with other myths, our myths have one feature, that is, there are many beasts, and there are more than 600 kinds of beasts in Shan Hai Jing alone. And China's four great beasts, Zuo Qinglong, Right White Tiger, Former Suzaku and Later Xuanwu, what is in the middle?

The third volume of "Three Auxiliary Huang Tu" records: "Qinglong, White Tiger, Suzaku, Xuanwu, Tiansi Spirit, taking the square as the square, the king made the palace pavilion take the method." In ancient times, the ancients divided the sky into four parts: east, west, north and south. Qinglong is the God of the East; White tiger is the god of the west; Suzaku is the god of the south; Xuanwu is the god of the north, and the tortoise and snake are one. "Green Dragon, White Tiger, Suzaku, Xuanwu" is just an abstract concept and natural form, and it was not until the Han Dynasty that it was absorbed by Taoism to become a four-spirit god.

The four great beasts have different meanings. First of all, in terms of attributes, the intangible "wood" of Qinglong represents spring, the "gold" of white tiger represents autumn, the "fire" of Suzaku represents summer, and the "water" of Xuanwu represents winter. Among them, Qinglong is the first of the four beasts, and its status is the most distinguished. But China people pay attention to the beauty of Fiona Fang, and there must be a god beast in the middle. Which way?

There is also a saying in ancient books that the four-faced beast belongs to evil beasts and often harms the world. In order to prevent these four beasts from making trouble, the Yellow Emperor turned into a yellow dragon, subdued them, and finally sealed them in four directions of heaven and earth, so that they could not fight each other, and the world was peaceful from then on. Therefore, the beast in the middle is "Huanglong"!

Because the ancient emperors called themselves "dragons" and wore robes of dragons, Huanglong became a symbol of ancient imperial power. The robes of ancient emperors were mostly Huanglong, and Huanglong could also be seen on the Nine Dragons Wall. According to ancient records, Huanglong is the master of this central government, in order to contain all directions. Therefore, the beast among the four beasts is Huanglong, which is guarded by our Chinese nation, making our inheritance endless and enduring.
