(1) Drain the coolant from the cooling system.
(2) Remove the control panel.
(3) Separate the cable fixing piece on the left side of the heater and remove the screw on the terminal.
(4) Pull out the wire connector behind the blower motor.
(5) Disconnect the vacuum tube and lighting line behind the heater control device.
(6) Place a container under the heater water supply pipe behind the engine and cylinder head.
(7) Disconnect the heater water supply pipe behind the cylinder head.
Principle of automobile warm air: When the engine coolant temperature is high, the coolant flows through the heat exchanger in the warm air system (generally called warm air small water tank), and the air sent by the blower exchanges heat with the engine coolant. After the air is heated, it is sent into the car through various air outlets by the blower. The heating system is simple and reliable, and no additional fuel is needed. As long as the engine works, it can produce hot water. But it also has its obvious disadvantage, that is, the engine coolant temperature must be heated when it rises to a large cycle.
