Is Jiraiya accepting Namikaze Minato as an apprentice first, or Nagato accepting them first?

This is not clear. According to the age, it should be "four generations". Nagato is seven or eight years older than Naruto at most, and "four generations under one roof" is Naruto's father. But the plot is that after the Ninja War, Jiraiya didn't go back to the village and directly took away Nagato and other three people, while Jiraiya+Gang Shou+orochimaru were still in the same group. So there should be no apprentices. From this point of view, it is a priority for "Nagato and others". My opinion: The "four generations" have great trust in Jiraiya, and so do Jiraiya. This kind of trust is of course cultivated by time. So I think Jiraiya should have accepted four generations of apprentices long ago. Just like Naruto at that time.
