Trees have roots and water has origins. They are not only the laws of nature, but also the unchanging philosophy of the human world. Everyone has parents, everyone has children, and human reproduction continues. Therefore, Mr. Zhu Bolu said: "Although our ancestors are far away, sacrifices must not be dishonest." It has become a classic for future generations to remember their ancestors. Later generations built a temple and compiled a genealogy to leave a legacy to their descendants in the hope that future generations would not forget their roots. Overseas Chinese have traveled thousands of miles across the ocean to seek their roots and trace their origins.
A surname, a family, a land and water, a wisp of cultural nostalgia; a legend, a pursuit of life, and an annal of history; the Zhang family originates from "The bow is powerful, the east wind is strong, and the sky is thousands of miles long and the Beidou is bright." ". Our family lives in Nanxiang, Hefei, located on the north bank of Chaohu Lake. It has an advantageous geographical location, rich natural resources, beautiful ecological environment, long history and rich cultural heritage. It is a geomantic treasure land chosen by our ancestors and is called "Gangkang Zhang". The landform is in the shape of an "eagle spreading its wings", and people live on the body of an eagle. It has convenient transportation, overlooking mountains and rivers, rows of small buildings, and complete modern power, communication, transportation and other facilities. The east and west wings are fertile farmland, and infrastructure such as drainage and irrigation is complete. The spring light is bright, the green seedlings are green, the cauliflower is in full bloom, and the fragrant gourd is nearby. In the golden autumn time, I like to watch thousands of waves of rice paddies, and heroes everywhere are setting off the sunset smoke. From the residence, you can have a panoramic view of the lakes and mountains. It has a vast water area, rich aquatic resources, and special breeding of whitebait, white rice shrimp, hairy crabs, etc. The industry is mainly fishing and planting, agricultural and sideline product processing, livestock and poultry raising, and the economic foundation is strong. The fishing boats sing quietly, the morning glow shines, the water ripples, the mountains and rivers are connected, and the ecological characteristics are obvious, forming a natural harbor with pleasant scenery. Hefei is known as the "Jiangnan Water Town".
When will the bright moon come? I ask the blue sky for my wine. I don’t know what year it is in the palace in the sky. The Zhang family has renewed its genealogy for the third time. In the blink of an eye in the past sixty years, the appearance of the family has completely changed. The Zhang family is a prosperous family in Luzhou. Time has changed and they have spread all over the continent. They meet occasionally and it is difficult to distinguish their generations. The flowers are similar every year, but the hair is different every year. With the changing times and vicissitudes of life, most of the genealogy has been lost. , there are not many left, and there are occasional clan members who know a little bit about it. It is so old that it is difficult to verify it, so I continue to compile the genealogy. Genealogy takes blood as the core, recording the reproduction of the joint clan as the main body, and the entrepreneurial process of the ancestors. Gathering and separation, joy and sorrow, the accumulation of experience and lessons, so that the tribe can learn from the past and draw lessons from the present. Loyalty and filial piety are the first of all things. If a father is kind and his son is filial, everything in the family will be prosperous. Mr. Yusen of our family, who was the editor of Sanxiu Genealogy, is now an octogenarian, and is eager to continue the genealogy. After his initiative, Hou Ting, Zhang Jian, Hou Quan and others strongly agreed. On June 12, 2005, more than 20 members of the Zhang family gathered in Sanhe to discuss important matters for the continuation of the genealogy and to prepare for the establishment of a continuation committee. The crowd was passionate and everyone took on the mission. On September 11th of the same year, all branches of the Zhang family gathered in the port of Zhang. There was a lot of incense and salutes, and they kowtowed to welcome the world! During the dinner, we thought about the past and discussed the present, encouraged each other, continued the genealogy, worshiped the ancestors, and passed down the name to future generations. The work of continuing the genealogy was a heavy responsibility and an arduous task, so we worked tirelessly.
Spread Chinese culture and carry forward the national spirit. We are in awe as we remember the achievements of our ancestors. During the gratifying battle across the river, our people wrote magnificent poems. In 1949, in order to win the victory of the revolution and smash the plot of the United States and Chiang Kai-shek to "divide the Yangtze River and divide the country," the Party Central Committee proposed to "cross the Yangtze River and liberate the whole of China." I, the Zhang family, have no hesitation and are patriotic young people who respond to each other with impassioned enthusiasm and enlist in the army. Men, women and children, all the people are soldiers, actively building and repairing ships, and training day and night. Soldiers live in every house, and the army and the people are in harmony with each other. On the evening of April 21 of the same year, millions of troops, thousands of sails, and thousands of rivers surged, a majestic scene that shocked the world. The men and horses crossing the river followed in turn, and the ships were covered with wet quilts on both sides to prevent bullets; Zhang's men all went into battle, and there were countless large and small warships, going back and forth, braving the rain of bullets, going forward and succeeding, not afraid of sacrifice; sweeping across Thousands of troops marched straight into the Chiang Dynasty and liberated all of China.
The heroic tribesmen have worked hard for the birth of New China. I feel the sweat and blood and great achievements of our ancestors. My heart is surging and I am filled with countless emotions.
On the occasion of the fourth revision of the genealogy, I would like to warn future generations to know the history of Zhang Zong, respect their ancestors, be loyal to the family, carry forward the family prestige, constantly strive for self-improvement, and work hard. As a descendant of the Zhang family, I am happy that my clan is prosperous and prosperous, and I follow the instructions of my clan members. However, my talents are sparse and my knowledge is not up to standard.
