Introduction to Eight Diagrams and Five Elements
Five elements: refers to five substances (movement and change of elements): gold, wood, water, fire and earth. Ancient thinkers in China tried to explain the origin of everything in the world with these five substances. Traditional Chinese medicine uses five elements to explain various physiological and pathological phenomena. Superstitious people use the five elements to calculate people's fate.
The theory of five elements first appeared in Taoism. It emphasizes the whole concept and describes the structural relationship and movement form of things. If Yin and Yang are an ancient theory of unity of opposites, the five elements can be said to be a primitive general system theory. The theory of five elements is China's ancient theory of material composition, which is similar to the western theory of water, fire, soil and gas. However, with the development of modern chemistry, the theory of material composition of these two theories has been rejected.
The five elements coexist: Jin Kemu, Muketu, Tuke Water, Fire, Water and Fire.
The five elements are born together: gold begets water, aquatic wood, wood makes fire, fire begets soil, and soil begets gold.
Five elements of mathematics: Golden Seven, Wood Eight, Water Six, Fire Nine and Earth Five.
Through long-term contact and observation, the ancient working people realized that the five elements had different performances. ? The wood is straight? , which means that wood has the characteristics of growth and rise; ? The fire is burning? It is fire that has the characteristics of fever and upward; ? Earth wall and grain wall? It means that soil has the characteristics of planting crops and biochemical substances; ? Jin Yue from the leather department? It is gold that has the characteristic of cold change; ? Is the water wet? That is, water has the property of moistening downward. Based on this understanding, the ancients classified all kinds of things in the universe into five elements, so conceptually, they are not wood, fire, earth, gold and water, but a large class of abstract attributes that can be compared with various things and phenomena in characteristics.
Bagua is a set of symbols in ancient China. Use? One? Is it for Yang? - ? On behalf of Yin, three such symbols form eight forms, which are called eight diagrams. Each six-pointed star represents something. Dry represents heaven, Kun represents earth, ridge represents water, far represents fire, earthquake represents thunder, root represents mountain, Xun represents wind, and dui represents swamp. Eight diagrams are matched with each other to get sixty-four hexagrams, which are used to symbolize various natural phenomena and personnel phenomena. It is discussed in detail in the Book of Changes. Gossip is said to have been created by Fuxi and later used for divination.

(4) Gossip belongs to
Drying and exchange (gold); Earthquake, earthquake (wood); Kun and gen (earth); Leave (fire); Kans (water).
(5) Gossip begets resentment.
Dry, against (gold) gives birth to ridge (water), ridge (water) gives birth to earthquake, Xun (wood), earthquake, Xun (wood) gives birth to separation (fire), separation (fire) gives birth to Kun, Gen (earth), Kun, Gen (earth) gives birth to dry, exchange (.
Gan Dui (Jin) Kezhen, Xun (Mu), Zhen, Xun (Mu) Kekun, Gen (Tu), Kun, Gen (Tu) Kekan (water), Kan (water) (fire), Li (fire) Kegan, and Du Dui (.
Gossip has ups and downs.
Dry, autumn, winter; Earthquake, Wang Xun in spring, the decline of summer;
Kun, Wang Gen in the four seasons, declined in autumn; From midsummer, decline to four seasons;
Wang Can grows in winter and declines in spring. (Four seasons refer to the last month of each season)
(seven) the five elements correspond to gossip:
Gold-dry, dry for the sky, dry for ze.
Wooden earthquakes and Xun earthquakes are thunder, Xun is wind.
Tukun and Genkun are land, and Genkun is a mountain.
Water.-Kan Kan is water.
Fire separation is fire.
Jiugong introduction
Jiugong divides the Heavenly Palace into nine equal parts: Gan Palace, Kang Palace, Geng Palace, Gong Zhen Palace, Zhong Palace, Gong Xun Palace, Li Palace, Gong Kun Palace and Dui Palace. At night, the seven obsidians and stars move from the ground to see the sky, and they can know the direction and season.
Jiugong is a category of China traditional culture. Nine Palaces: Gong Zheng, Lv Zhong Palace, Lu Nan Palace, Lv Xian Palace, Huangzhong Palace, Large Faceted Sculpture, Double Sculpture, Upper Sculpture and Cantonese Sculpture. Jiugong represents the earth and the earth in Daoism and is the foundation of Daoism. Taoism is divided into four parts: heaven, earth, man and god. Of the four plates, only the site does not move, and it will sit quietly. Xu Yue's Inheritance of Shu Shu Ji in Han Dynasty:? Jiugong calculation, five elements of parameters, is like a cycle. ? Heavenly stems and earthly branches introduced.
Short for heavenly stems and earthly branches? Dry branch? Ten days: A (Ji ǐ), B (yǐ), C (bǐng), D(Dοng), E (W? ), Ji (jǐ), Geng (gēng), Xin (xο), Ren (r? N), decyl (gu ǐ); Twelve earthly branches: Zi (zǐ), Ugly (ch ǐ u), Yin (y? N), Mao (o), Chen (ch? n),si (s? ), at noon (w incarnation), not (w? I), Shen (shēn), You (yǒu), Xu (xū), Hai (h? Me) (Note: The twelve earthly branches correspond to the zodiac? Son: mouse; Ugly: cattle; Yin: tiger; Thumb: rabbit; Chen: Dragon; Rudder: snake; Afternoon: horse; No: sheep; Shen: Monkey; Hey: chicken; Hey: dog; H: pigs. )。 Ten branches and twelve branches are matched in turn to form sixty basic units, which were used by the ancients as the serial numbers of years, months, days and hours. Sub-discipline? .
The ancients (Yellow Emperor) observed Wang Shuo's moon and found that the two moons were about 59 days. 1February is generally more than 354 days (similar to the length of a tropical year), so the ancients got the concept of 12 months in a year. In the collocation diary method (ten-day dry), the yin-yang calendar was produced and developed in heavenly stems and earthly branches; It should be more mature in Xia, Shang and Zhou Dynasties.
