The mole on the face affects the appearance more, can you drop it at will? Will it affect your health?

Whether the mole on the face can be removed at will is mainly from the following aspects.

1. Where did the mole come from?

We often say that nevus usually refers to pigmented nevus, which comes from melanocytes in the skin. Maybe you've heard from movies and TV shows that pigmented nevus will become malignant, although the probability among yellow people is very low, about 23 out of 100,000.

Why is this happening? We look at it from a pathological point of view. Under normal circumstances, melanocytes are evenly distributed in the skin. Pigmented nevus is formed by increasing the number of melanocytes and holding them together (nevus cell group). Simply put, pigmented nevus is essentially a benign tumor. But if one day, pigmented nevus can't stand the stimulation, the nucleus begins to appear abnormal, proliferates crazily, and even tries to spread to the whole body through lymphatic vessels and blood vessels, it becomes malignant melanoma.

2. cut off the mole and don't burn it with a laser.

Some features can help us preliminarily judge whether the nevus will become cancerous, such as:

(1) Children are mostly benign, and those who grow up after the age of 30 should be vigilant;

(2) It is safe to be located in the non-friction parts, and the parts such as palms and soles that are frequently rubbed should be vigilant;

(3) Be wary of those who have recurred many times after laser nevus removal;

Be wary of moles with irregular boundaries, uneven colors, or bluish-black;

⑤ Nevus that rapidly increase and rupture in a short time should be highly vigilant.

Of course, there are also some pigmented nevus that we think are actually an early melanoma, just because it is shallow and has not spread far. If you don't move at this time, you may not progress, or you may have broken it long ago, and the probability of complete eradication is still very high. The biggest fear is that it will be mistaken for a pigmented nevus and lit with a laser. Once, a person found a recurrence after laser cauterizing a "mole" on his ear, and the range of pigment staining was much larger than before. Only then did I know it was melanoma, and finally I had to cut off the whole ear. But if you don't enlarge it quickly, once it metastasizes or even enters the brain, it is a narrow escape. So for moles, either don't touch them, or remove them surgically, don't use lasers, and don't use corrosive drugs, because these may increase the risk of cancer. Removing moles is a minor operation, so don't worry.

3. Scientific mole removal means going to a regular hospital to cut it off.

This is a very small operation, and it can be completed in 20 minutes by local anesthesia in the dermatology clinic. Many people are afraid that cutting will leave a scar, which is not good-looking, but there is no need to worry. As long as it's not a scar, is it better to leave a thin white line than a lump of black pimple? And the surgical incision is inverted pyramid. After the skin on both sides is stitched together, the incision is actually smaller than laser cauterization. If you want to get rid of this mole, you'd better go to the hospital to get rid of it. It's a minor operation, so don't be afraid. But don't just go to the beauty salon and use a laser to get some.

It can be seen that moles can be removed, but don't go to the laser spots in beauty salons casually, and don't trust Dot mole's magic potion.
