Why is Lushan Mountain Scenic Area a ghost town?
Lushan Mountain is a national scenic spot and a world cultural heritage mountain. But there is a folk saying that "Jinggangshan is Yangshan and Lushan is Yinshan". As for why Lushan Mountain is considered as "yin", people can't agree. Through the study of Badashan people, the author finds that Lushan Mountain is called "Yinshan Mountain" and has a profound background of ancient "Yin and Yang culture". 1. Lushan Mountain lies to the south of the Yangtze River. The ancients called Shannan "Yang" and Shannan "Yin". According to the thinking of our science students, it is to define "Yin and Yang" with "sunshine" and "water flow" as reference objects. 1) Ether sunlight as a reference: the sun is high in the sky, and the ancients used "mountain peaks" to reflect that the hillside in the south can be illuminated by the sun, which is called sunny slope, and vice versa. There is a paradox here, because everyone is used to knowing that "the sun rises in the east and sets in the west". Why use north and south to define yin and yang? In fact, when we go to the planetarium, we can clearly see that due to the rotation of the earth, the direct point of the sun moves between the tropic of cancer. China is located in the northern hemisphere, so the sun shines from the south for most of the year. In addition, the discourse power of China culture is in the hands of the Central Plains Dynasty, which represents the historical process of the main body Zhengshuo and is also advancing from north to south. "Sitting south is king" is the supreme orientation, as are many ancient palaces. 2) Take "water flow" as a reference: China's overall topography is "high in the northwest and low in the southeast", so rivers often flow from the northwest to the southeast. Similarly, because of the earth's rotation, the river will produce offset movement, erode the river bank, and gradually form a concave and convex curved river course, like the black and white sides of "Yin and Yang Taiji". Convex banks are often located in the north of rivers, and concave banks are often located in the south of rivers. In Lushan Mountain, there is no doubt that the mother river "Yangtze River", the largest landmark nearby, should be chosen as a reference. We can clearly see on the map that Lushan Mountain is at the bottom of a big "concave" between Wuhan and the north and south. This observation and cognition of nature gave birth to many Yin and Yang cultures. Yang Junsong is the most famous geomantic master in Tang Dynasty and the founder of geomantic theory in Jiangxi. He chose a grave for himself on the "Bagua Fish Eye" on the natural river bank. His graveyard is Duyaokou (Yuekou), which is now Yang Gong Dam in Hanxin Gorge, Dragon Boat Festival Township, Du Xian County, which happens to be the bay road on both sides of Meijiang River. If you look at your chest from a close distance, you can see the fish of Yin and Yang gossip from a distance.
