Polyphenylene sulfide, also known as polyphenylene sulfide, is a thermoplastic resin with phenylthio group in its main chain, and polyphenylene sulfide is a crystalline polymer. The unstretched fiber has a large amorphous region (crystallinity is about 5%), crystallization exotherm occurs at 125℃, and glass transition temperature is 150℃. The melting point is 2865438 0℃.
Application field of polyphenylene sulfide
1. Electronics: high-voltage components, housings, sockets and terminals on televisions and computers, starting coils and blades of motors, brush holders, rotor insulators, contact switches, relays, electric irons, hair dryers, lamp holders, heaters, F-class films, etc.
2. Machinery industry: used as bearings, pumps, valves, pistons, precision gears, copiers, cameras, computer parts, conduits, sprayers, nozzles, instrument parts, etc.
3. Chemical field: It is used to manufacture corrosion-resistant parts such as acid and alkali-resistant valves, pipelines, pipe fittings, valves, gaskets, submersible pumps or impellers.
