The proposed Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge spans the Lingdingyang sea area of the Pearl River Estuary, is a large-scale cross-sea passage connecting Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Zhuhai City of Guangdong Province and Macao Special Administrative Region, and is an important traffic construction project listed in the national highway network planning. The construction contents include: cross-sea bridges, tunnels and artificial islands from Shisanwan, Hong Kong to Zhuhai-Macao Port; Wiring at Hong Kong Port, Zhuhai Port, Macau Port and Zhuhai Port.
The design scheme of Zhuhai-Hong Kong-Macao Bridge is Y-shaped bridge-tunnel-bridge scheme. According to this plan, firstly, two artificial islands will be built at the corresponding positions in the Pearl River Estuary, from the 30 Bay of Lantau Island in Hong Kong to the east (Hong Kong side) artificial island, and from the east artificial island to the west (Zhuhai side) artificial island. (Possibly), a joint inspection building of "one place, three inspections" will be built on the west artificial island, and then a viaduct will be built to connect the Oriental Pearl of Macao and Macao, and a tunnel will be built to pass through the underground of Gongbei Port. The landing points of the bridge in three places are: Shisanshiwan on Lantau Island in Hong Kong, Oriental Pearl in Macau and Gongbei in Zhuhai.
The Zhuhai-Hong Kong-Macao Bridge is designed as a two-way six-lane expressway. The main body of the bridge (between two artificial islands) is 29.6 kilometers long (including about 6.7 kilometers of cross-harbour tunnel), and the connecting line is 12.6 kilometers long in Hong Kong, 13.4 kilometers long in Zhuhai and 1 kilometer long in Macau. After the completion of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, it will take about 55.6 kilometers from Zhuhai to Hong Kong, and only 30 minutes from Zhuhai and Macao to Hong Kong.
The main cost of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is 32.7 billion yuan. Together with the connection line between the three places and port construction, the total cost of the bridge will reach 72.7 billion yuan. The bridge will be jointly funded by the governments of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. The central government and Guangdong Province jointly invested 7 billion yuan in the main project, 6.75 billion yuan in Hong Kong and 65.438+0.98 billion yuan in Macao. The three-party fund is * * 65.438+05.73 billion yuan, accounting for about 42% of the main project cost of the bridge, and other funds account for 58%.
According to the general trend design of the alignment scheme recommended by experts, the landing point of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is located in Wan Jia, Lantau Island, Hong Kong (Shisan), the landing point of Macau is Pearl Point, and the landing point of Zhuhai is Gongbei. The contents of the bridge construction mainly include: Haizhong Bridge Tunnel Project (including the main project of Haizhong Bridge Tunnel, the overpass connecting Hong Kong Port and the bridge; The connecting bridge between the Macao port and the bridge; Zhuhai Port and Bridge), artificial island reclamation and port facilities in Hong Kong Port, artificial island reclamation and port facilities in Macau Port, artificial island reclamation and port facilities in Zhuhai Port, and Zhuhai side wiring. The total length of the main project is about 35km, and the combination of bridge and tunnel is adopted. Six navigation holes are set in Dinglingxi and Tonggu waterways. Two artificial islands with a length of 1000m were built at the junction with the bridge by using a 6.753km long subsea tunnel. Qingzhou Waterway Bridge adopts a cable-stayed bridge with 460m twin towers, Jianghai Direct Ship Waterway Bridge adopts a continuous rigid frame bridge with two spans of 220m, and Jiuzhou Waterway Bridge adopts a single span of 220 m.. The preliminary design of the main project of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge was invited for bidding at 65438+ in February 2008.
