The Summer Palace was a royal garden during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. It is located in Beijing and covers an area of 290 hectares. It is a well-preserved royal palace in China. At that time, Emperor Qianlong spent a lot of money to build Qingyi Garden in order to be filial to his mother. Later, it was jointly destroyed by Britain and France. Guangxu was rebuilt in the 14th year and renamed the Summer Palace. However, when Eight-Nation Alliance attacked the Qing Dynasty and eventually perished, all the jewels were looted. 1902, Empress Dowager Cixi was renovated and restored.
2. Humble Administrator's Garden
The Humble Administrator's Garden in Suzhou was built in the Ming Dynasty. It is the representative of Jiangnan classical gardens, covering an area of about 78 mu. The garden is surrounded by charming scenery, lush flowers and plants, and has a strong flavor of water town. The scenic spots you can't miss when you go to Humble Administrator's Garden are Dongyuan, Tian Quan Pavilion, Song Fengshui Pavilion and Tingyuxuan. In addition, there is a museum in the park, which is the only scenic spot in China that integrates gardens and museums. Now it has been listed as a national key cultural relics protection unit.

Among them, Humble Administrator's Garden and Lingering Garden are the representatives of private gardens in the south of the Yangtze River, and the Summer Palace and Summer Resort are the representatives of royal gardens, which are also the tourist attractions that tourists at home and abroad yearn for. In the 1990s, these four gardens were successively listed on the World Heritage List by UNESCO.
Since 20 10, four famous garden photography exhibitions (Humble Administrator's Garden, Summer Palace, Summer Resort and Lingering Garden) have been exhibited in Shanghai Library, chengde mountain resort, Beijing Summer Palace, Hainan Provincial Library and Chongqing successively. On March 20 15, representatives of "Four Famous Gardens in China"-Humble Administrator's Garden, Summer Palace, Summer Resort and Lingering Garden "got together" in Suzhou. We discussed how to expand the influence of heritage brands and strengthen cooperation and exchanges, and signed the Letter of Intent on the Cooperation Framework of Four Famous Gardens.
