Tuojiang Township is located in the southwest of Shizhong District, 30 kilometers away from Neijiang City and 334 meters above sea level. It is adjacent to Zhongshan Township in Dongxing District in the east, Yong 'an Town in the west, Baima Town in the north and Yongjia Township and Long Fu Town in miaoba town, Da 'an District, Zigong City in the south. Tuojiang River passes through the countryside, and to the south is miaoba town Dajiao Fairy Scenic Area, with cultivated land area of 1 187 mu and population of 20,580. The township government is located in Longmen Town, an ancient town with thousands of years. There are two fields in its jurisdiction: Longmen Array Field and Mao Peng Temple Field.
Tuojiang Township is located in the southwest of Neijiang Central District, in the middle of the lower reaches of Tuojiang River. It has the characteristics of mild climate, abundant rainfall, sufficient light and heat and long frost-free period. It is very suitable for the growth of sugarcane, and is a famous sucrose production base in China.
