How to make fruit cake for children?

Fruit cake is a cake flavor that we all like, but how to make it like this? The following is prepared for everyone, I hope it can help everyone!

Ingredients:

1 8-inch chiffon cake, 550g Anchor whipping cream, 60g sugar, 50g chocolate sauce, 3ml rum, 4 strawberries, 1-2 kiwis, 8 blueberries, 1 mango and appropriate amount of dried cranberries.

Steps:

1. Divide the chiffon cake into three equal parts

2. Put the butter into a dry and deep container , add rum, and add sugar in batches

3. When the texture is clear, take out half of it and continue beating

4. Beat until the texture is clear and not flowing. time to stop. Add the chocolate sauce to the other half and beat until this state

5. Place a cake slice on the turntable, spread a layer of original cream, sprinkle with dried cranberries, and spread a layer of cream

6. Cover with another cake slice and repeat step 5. Just use up the original cream when covering the third cake slice.

7. Spread cocoa cream on and around the third cake piece

8. Smooth the surface and around to get the cream cake body. I didn’t have a spatula, and it was my first time making it, so the shape was a bit forced. Leave a little cream for surface decoration

9. Peel the kiwi, cut into thin slices, cut into two slices, and stick them around the cake body

10. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and cut into two pieces , one positive and one negative are placed on the surface of the cake to form a circular shape

11. Remove 1/3 of the kiwi slices, as shown in the picture

12. Place diced mango in the middle. Put the remaining cocoa butter into a disposable piping bag, and use a medium-sized piping nozzle. I use a medium-sized piping nozzle for extruding cookies to extrude patterns on the surface of the cake

13. Extruding Place washed blueberries on the flower shape. I squeezed the excess cream around the cake in a wavy shape
