Why does this room face north?

1, many residential walls have no protective layer.

Many houses have no insulation on their walls. In winter, due to the large temperature difference between indoor and outdoor, the wall is cold outside and hot inside, and the inner wall will form condensed water due to high temperature, which will cause the wall to be wet.

This kind of situation will only appear in winter, and it will be better in summer, but it will leave many ugly mildew spots, which will affect the overall beauty of the wall.

2. The water pipe embedded in the wall leaks

Generally, the wall moisture caused by the water leakage of the embedded water pipes in the wall often appears near the bathroom or at the top of the house.

Most of them are due to problems with the embedded water pipe joints, including whether there is water leakage in the walls of our home and upstairs, and the water from the partition wall seeps in.

3. The waterproof measures upstairs are not good

First of all, it may be because the waterproof project of the upstairs floor is not done well, which leads to water leakage on the wall, especially the waterproof floor of the upstairs bathroom. Once there is water in the bathroom, it will slowly seep down.

Secondly, it may be that the joint between the upstairs water pipe and the ground is not waterproof, and it is likely that there is water seepage near the pipe, and the water flows down the water pipe, resulting in water seepage on the roof.

4. Improper construction during painting

When I was painting the wall, if the wall paint didn't dry thoroughly the first time, I began to paint it the next time, but the water vapor in the wall didn't evaporate, which caused the wall to be wet.
