How to design the second floor of flip cover?

In my opinion, it is very common for rural areas, small towns and old cities in some small cities to turn over the second floor. In the past, due to lack of funds and outdated concepts, many houses built by families were blue brick houses or bungalows. With the changes and continuous development of the times, people's requirements for living environment and conditions are getting higher and higher, and the previous houses obviously cannot meet the needs of living. Therefore, wealthy families began to turn over their own houses, mostly two-story buildings.

After all, these renovated two-story buildings are small projects, so it is impossible to invite housing experts to design them, and people don't like them. Although I have never studied design, I have never eaten pork after all. I've seen pigs run. My design ideas for this two-story building are as follows:

The layout of the house on the second floor must be reasonable. The so-called rationality is to make full use of the limited space area, so that the owner of the house can live comfortably and happily after the completion of renovation. For example, the living room and dining room should be arranged in the middle of the first floor, and the area should be determined according to the plane area of the first floor, which is generally the best.

The first floor also needs a kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is best in the southeast corner of the house, which is convenient for lighting and smoke exhaust. Moreover, the southeast is superior in geomantic omen, and food is the most important thing for the people, so the kitchen design is perfect here. Moreover, the bathroom must not be too close to the kitchen, and it is best to put it in the northwest corner of the first floor to facilitate the exclusion of outdoor sewers. And form a diagonal line with the kitchen to balance yin and yang. If you have a family with a car, you must leave room for the RV. Generally, it is enough to leave about 15 square meters in the southwest of the first floor.

After talking about the first floor, let's talk about the overall design idea of the second floor. The stairs on the first floor are located in the northeast corner, and the second floor is generally used as a bedroom, a second bedroom, a yoga room and a study. After going to the second floor, the southeast corner should be used as the master bedroom, because the east and south are suitable for lighting, and many people like the east direction. The study should be near the master bedroom, roughly south of the middle of the second floor, and there is a door connected with the master bedroom, so it is convenient to read books, newspapers and surf the Internet at night.

Then the second bedroom, for children or guests, should be slightly smaller than the main bedroom, located in the southwest and northwest of the second floor. It's better to be simple and atmospheric. Then there is the yoga room of the woman, which is dispensable. It can be located in the middle of the second floor near the north, and the area does not need to be too large, just within 10 square meter.
