Brief introduction of Hengtian Automobile Co., Ltd.

China Hengtian Group cooperated with Suizhou Municipal Government of Hubei Province, and the listed company Jingwei Textile Machinery completed the strategic restructuring of Hubei Xinchufeng Automobile Co., Ltd. After the reorganization, the registered capital of the company was 200 million yuan, and Jingwei Textile Machinery and Suizhou City Investment Group each held 50% equity. According to the cooperation agreement, it will be renamed as Hengtian Automobile Co., Ltd. After the reorganization, with the strong support of the municipal government, Hengtian Automobile Industrial Park was built. In the first phase of the project, 530 mu of land will be requisitioned, and 20,000 heavy truck chassis assembly lines with advanced production technology and equipment configuration, 6,000 special-purpose vehicle workshops with production capacity, testing projects and well-equipped testing lines, R&D sales and comprehensive supporting facilities, and bus production workshops will be built. The assembly line has been put into trial production, and the special workshop and testing line have been put into use.
