Every holiday, when I go back to my hometown, I get used to the traffic in the city as soon as I drive on Qingjiang Avenue built by the river. When I look at the scenery there, I have a feeling in my heart: it's still the beauty of my hometown!
My hometown Changyang is the ancient birthplace of Ba people. The beautiful Qingjiang River is like the veil of a beautiful girl, which makes her more charming! Changyang is located in the mountainous area of southwest Hubei, adjacent to Yichang, and is named after the Qingjiang River runs through the whole territory. According to the original historical records, "there are ancient tombs in southwest Chu, which are located in a natural treasure with beautiful scenery and excellent feng shui." The records of these materials also show that the aura of Changyang's beautiful mountains and rivers has been admired and yearned for by people since ancient times.
Although the mountains in my hometown are not as majestic as Mount Tai, as steep as Huashan and as strange as Huangshan, they have their unique charm-exquisite and continuous. Finding a sunny day and boating on the Qingjiang River will make people feel very comfortable. Although the mountains in my hometown are not high, one after another, each one is different. Some are like giants, some are like elephants, some are like camels, some are like knife tips, and the peaks are listed in various ways. At first glance, they are like a continuous picture scroll, which makes people daydream endlessly. The trees on the mountain grow luxuriantly, mostly pine and cypress, vigorous and tall. There are many colorful plants that can't be named, but the protagonist is still green, deep, shallow, bright and dark, so full of vitality and indescribable. I'm afraid I can only use the painter's pen to describe it!
Although the water in my hometown is not as magnificent as the sea, the Yangtze River and the tranquility of the West Lake, it has a girlish temperament-tenderness and purity. Sitting on a small wooden boat unique to my hometown and wandering the Qingjiang River, I am often deeply intoxicated and forget where I am. The river is quiet, sometimes so quiet that people can't feel it flowing. Only when the microwave raised by the wooden paddle is scattered, will you come to your senses and feel that the ship is moving forward and the shore is retreating. Sometimes the wind blows, and the ripples on the water gently pat the river bank, looking so light and gentle, like a girl. The river is crystal clear, and you can see the sand and fish swimming at the bottom of the river. Water seems to be transparent, like a mirror like jade, which makes people feel pity and want to hug. Sometimes it's foggy. Standing by the river, I saw the green hills and farmhouses on the other side, vaguely like fairyland, beautiful! As the song goes: the water of Qingjiang River flows through my dream, carrying ancient legends and changing intoxicating spring scenery. ...
Such a mountain is surrounded by such water, and such water reflects such a mountain. Mountains and rivers depend on each other and blend together. It is this landscape that outlines the beautiful landscape paintings full of vigor and vitality, and it is this landscape that has nurtured generations of simple and kind Changyang people!
I love my hometown, and I love the mountains and water in my hometown. I was born here, grew up here, and my dream is here! No matter how far you go, the scenery of your hometown is treasured in your heart!
