Houjia Courtyard, the champion of Wu Wen, is located in Ximen Village, Wuwang Town, facing south (2 north by east). Feng shui is good, with mountains behind and rivers in front. When I first arrived at Ximen Village, the first thing I saw was a tulou, which was very distinctive. The census team came down to register, and we found it strange when we went to see it. There are holes the size of gun holes everywhere. It turns out that this is a fortress for military patrol. After careful investigation, it turned out to be a building complex. According to our extreme excitement, we asked the surrounding villagers. According to the 83-year-old man, this room has been in existence for seven years, with the East Courtyard being the champion of martial arts and the West Courtyard being the champion of literature. In another owner's cave, there is a big plaque that was not destroyed during the Cultural Revolution. It says "Look at mulberry", which means hometown. In ancient times, people liked to plant mulberry trees and catalpa trees around their houses. Later, people used things instead of places and "mulberry" instead of hometown to praise someone for benefiting his hometown. It seems that the owner of the house at that time was very respected!
