Snow Mountain Tip in Xueshan Village

There is a Tathagata Mountain in Xueshan Village, called Xueshan Tip, also known as Three Toes, which is regarded as a treasure mountain of geomantic omen by famous Yi scholars, with the highest elevation of 1089.3 meters. There is a beautiful legend in Xueshan Village that has been circulating for nearly 500 years. According to legend, in the early Ming Dynasty, a famous Feng Shui master traveled to famous mountains and rivers and visited Xueshan Village. Facing the towering mountains, he was greatly impressed and told the aristocratic families in the village at that time that they only needed to choose three places to build temples, and the three villages at the head of the village, the middle of the village and the end of the village would each produce famous dragon and tiger experts such as the son of heaven, the Boxer Rebellion and the fairy. Under the guidance of the master, villagers came one after another. In the early Qing Dynasty, the theory of Baoshan was once again verified by the famous contemporary Li Guangdi, and the relevant village records had long been lost. After several repairs, the three temples have become longyan temple (Qiaotou Temple), Shenlong Hall (Gongxian Hall) and Xianmu Palace, which are located in the middle and the end of the village.
