The Course of Zhangye Heihe Wetland National Nature Reserve

Zhangye Heihe Wetland Nature Reserve was founded in 1992, formerly known as "Heihe River Basin Nature Reserve in Gaotai County". In 2004, with the approval of Gansu Provincial People's Government, Heihe Wetland Provincial Nature Reserve in Gao Tai, Gansu Province was established. On April 20 1 1, it was promoted to a national nature reserve with the approval of the State Council and renamed as "Zhangye Heihe Wetland National Nature Reserve". The Administration Bureau is directly under the Zhangye Municipal People's Government, and consists of Gao Tai Branch, Ganzhou Branch and Linze Branch. Among them, Gao Tai Branch consists of Luocheng, Heli and Heiquan Management Stations, Linze Branch consists of Pingchuan and Duck Warming Management Stations, and Ganzhou Branch consists of Wujiang, Suburban Management Station and Wetland Park Management Office, which are managed vertically by bureaus, branches and management stations. The administration has an office, a resource protection office, a resource development office and a police station.

The construction of nature reserves conforms to the requirements of national ecological civilization construction and sustainable development, and conforms to the medium and long-term planning of economic and social development and ecological environment protection in Gansu Province and Zhangye City. Lanzhou University has been entrusted to compile the Comprehensive Scientific Investigation Report of Heihe Wetland Nature Reserve in Zhangye, Gansu Province, and Nanjing Institute of Environmental Science has been entrusted to compile the Master Plan of Heihe Wetland National Nature Reserve in Zhangye, Gansu Province and the Feasibility Study Report of the Construction Project of Heihe Wetland National Nature Reserve in Zhangye, Gansu Province. The planning period of the Master Plan is 20 years, and the planned investment is 654.38+0.2 billion yuan. It is planned to carry out projects such as Heihe wetland protection and restoration, infrastructure construction, scientific research and monitoring, publicity and education, and eco-tourism. The Feasibility Study Report of Nature Reserve Construction Project plans to invest 39,055,800 yuan from 2065,438+065,438+0 to 2065,438+03, mainly to build management and protection facilities, scientific research and monitoring facilities, publicity and education facilities, complete renovation projects, carry out comprehensive scientific investigations, and establish geographic information systems and biodiversity databases.
