True cypress is different from other cypresses. It likes warm and humid air. The air humidity of the foundation at the curing position should reach 65%. This is the most easily overlooked problem in small cypress family care.
Put a waste carpet under the white flowerpot. Then often wet the carpet, let the carpet absorb water, slowly evaporate, and increase the air humidity. When drying at high temperature, you can spray more wet leaves and shallow soil of flowerpots.
2. Soil moisture:
Real cypresses like slightly moist soil. When mixing flower soil, we should consider the conditions of looseness, ventilation and no water accumulation. It also has certain moisture retention and water retention. There should be a balance between not accumulating water and saving water. It can be wet and dry alternately, and it needs slightly moist soil.
When mixing flower soil, you can use (red jade soil+rust sand+humus soil) to mix one third each. This kind of flower soil can meet most of the requirements of true cypress for flower soil. When watering, judge whether the flower soil is dry or wet, so as to alternate dry and wet. "If you don't do it, you will fall completely."
Second, the modeling time and winding of aluminum wire are unreasonable;
Modeling time is not provided in this question. But when shaping real cypress, it is best to be in the growth period. During high temperature or drought, the winding of aluminum wire changes the waterline and hinders the transportation of water. Therefore, the water supply is insufficient and the dry branches die.
In the case of winding aluminum wire, it is observed that the winding of aluminum wire is a bit messy and the aluminum wire is too thick. When I was talking about bonsai modeling, I talked about the details of aluminum wire climbing:
1, and the thickness of aluminum wire is about 1/3 of the branch size. Too thick can easily tear the bark, too thin can not achieve the modeling effect.

Obviously, the aluminum wire of the subject is tied by climbing, which is unreasonable. In addition, you can also see the position of the cerebral cortex. Therefore, the modeling and management are not in place, which makes the branches of real cypress dry.
Third, the amount of fertilization is too sufficient, and the fertilization time is not appropriate:
Time:
The maintenance of bonsai is inseparable from fertilization, which promotes plant growth. Improper fertilization time, low nutrient absorption efficiency of true cypress, and fertilizer staying in flower soil are easy to cause secondary fermentation and stimulate bacterial reproduction. So the root system is infected and injured, causing dry branches.
Dosage:
Insufficient or excessive fertilization will also make the branches dry up, but it is obvious that the tip of the leaf begins to dry up, which is not caused by insufficient nutrients. It is likely that too much fertilizer caused the roots to burn, and then dried the branches, starting from the tip of the leaf. Fertilization should be carried out in strict accordance with "thin fertilizer and diligent application". If you don't grasp the quantity well, you can "rather less than more" When the interval is 10 to 15 days, the second nutrient should be supplemented in time.
