Basic requirements of B&B:
1. Further clarify the definition and scale of tourist homestays. The number of guest rooms does not exceed 14 (sets), with a maximum of 4 floors and a construction area of 800m_.
2. Pay more attention to the new development concept of tourist homestays, and upgrade the tourism format: the integration of culture and tourism, urban and rural planning, and rural revitalization.
3. Strengthen the requirements of health, safety and fire protection, and improve the exit mechanism.
4. The grading standard of tourist homestays was revised from two grades of "Golden Accommodation" and "Silver Accommodation" to three grades of "Five Stars", "Four Stars" and "Three Stars".
5. The classification conditions of different grades of tourism B&Bs are clarified, which provides standards for B&Bs to declare routes in various provinces and cities across the country, and provides transparent market supervision basis for the grade quality of tourism B&Bs.
