Baxian Mountain was once an ideal place to avoid chaos in Gulongying Prefecture and the most important tourist attraction in Longming County during the Republic of China.
Baxian Mountain is magnificent and beautiful in appearance. There is a platform about four or five acres wide near the top of the mountain, and temples were built in ancient times; There is a mountain spring in front of the temple, which is clear and drinkable and does not dry up in four seasons. It is said that in ancient times, people in the state provided water for hundreds of people in order to avoid the chaos in this mountain. A few months is not a problem. 10 years ago, a new "Xianyi Pavilion" was built by the mountain spring, adding color to the old scenery. There are two stone walls built by the ancients on the mountainside, and the three characters of "Fairy Cave" are engraved above the lintel of the wall hole. On the top of the mountain, there are ruins of anti-bandits fortifications (stone walls) built by the ancients, which are more than 2,000 meters long. On the cliff on the left side of the temple, there is an inscription describing the construction of the temple. The mountains are lush with flowers, quiet environment and charming scenery. Visitors climb to the top of the mountain and have a bird's eye view of the surrounding areas, Chedao Village, Longying Village, Sanbei Village and Northwest Village. Baxian Mountain in Jinjiang, Fujian Province is located in the northwest of Jinjiang City, in the middle of natural villages such as Xia Ling, Laicuo, Yutou, Wangcuo and Sanguangtian.
