Four, check whether the empty drum
Bring your own 1 small hammer, and tap it gently on the decorative surfaces of walls and floors to test whether the walls and floors of the house are empty. If you hear the sound of "empty", that is, there is a gap between each surface and the wall (ground), you need to rework it; If you hear annoying banging, it shows that they are outstanding in contact. If there is an empty drum, the property manager must correct it as soon as possible, otherwise it is easy to wear out the floor in the decoration and hinder the neighborhood relationship.
Five, the wall dripping cracks
Carefully check the flatness of the wall to see if there is water seepage and cracks on the wall, especially if there are water marks on some walls, such as the top surface and the outer wall. If so, be sure to find out the reason as soon as possible.
Cracks in the balcony are dangerous. Generally speaking, most cracks in the wall are not structural cracks, so the risk is not great. Structural problems of houses often appear on balconies. If cracks are found at the joint between the room and the balcony, it is likely to be a precursor to the balcony fracture, and the relevant units must be notified immediately. If you buy a top floor, be sure to check the top surface of each house for signs of rain leakage.
