What is the mechanism of telescopic belt conveyor?

Telescopic belt conveyor is divided into fixed part and non-fixed part. The fixed part consists of a head transmission device, a tape storage device and a tape take-up device. The unfixed part consists of a quick detachable bracket and a tail, and there is no bolt connection.

It consists of a driving roller, a reducer, a hydraulic coupling, a frame, an unloading roller and a sweeper. ? The transmission device of the nose is the driving part of the whole conveyor. The two motors transmit torque to the two driving rollers through the hydraulic coupling and the reducer respectively. When gears are used for transmission, a set of motors, hydraulic couplings and reducers should be removed.

The hydraulic coupling is YL-400, which consists of pump impeller, turbine, shell and driven shaft. It is characterized in that there is an auxiliary chamber on the pump wheel side. After the motor is started, the liquid flow enters the working room through the small hole, so that the motor can be started according to the hard load and the load can be started relatively evenly. When working, add 20 # mechanical oil into the shell, and the oil injection amount is 14m3. The reducer adopts high-grade deceleration. The second and third stages are helical cylindrical gears and straight cylindrical gears with a total transmission ratio of 25.564, which can be used interchangeably with SGW-620/40T scraper conveyor. The reducer is directly connected with the frame through bolts.

The discharging end and head are provided with sweeper, and the belt stops to facilitate discharging. There is an extended discharging arm in the front of the machine head, which consists of a discharging roller and an extension frame. The roller is installed on the extension frame, and its axial position can be adjusted by bolts on both sides of the bearing to adjust the deviation of the conveyor belt of the nose. The lower part of the unloading roller has two sweeper. Because the sweeper scraper is pressed on the belt, the adhered broken coal can be removed. The belt stopper can prevent the conveyor belt from reversing when stopping.

(2) Tape take-up device:

Located behind the tension winch, it consists of a frame, a self-aligning idler, a reducer, a motor and a rotating rod. Its function is to add or remove the adhesive tape on the conveyor belt body. Rotating rods are respectively installed at the two ends and the back end of the frame, which are used for clamping the main adhesive tape when adding or reducing the adhesive tape. The self-aligning idler group is used to guide the roller when collecting and releasing the adhesive tape. When working, one end of the drum is pushed into the frame, and the other end abuts against the top of the reducer shaft. Start the motor, drive the drum through the dial of the output shaft of the reducer, and wind and unwind the adhesive tape. When unwinding the tape, do not start the motor to drag the drum to reverse from outside to inside. When not working, the movable track can be hung on the frame with bolts to reduce the width. A lifting device shall be installed above the movable rail to suspend the drum. The width of the roadway can be appropriately widened according to the specific situation to facilitate the operation of tape collection. ?

(3) Intermediate frame:

It consists of a quick detachable bracket without bolt connection, an H-shaped bracket, a steel pipe, a flat idler, a hook-shaped grooved idler and a V-shaped idler. It is a non-fixed part of the machine. The steel pipe can be used as a disassembled machine body and can be moved with a small hammer with a pin. Hook-type grooved idler is coated with glue, and the groove angle is 30. It is hung on the pin of steel pipe with a hook, and the arc tooth groove is braked on the hook.

(4) Feeding device and blanking device:

The feeding device is installed behind the retracting device and connected with the feeding section guided by the rotating direction, and the conveyed materials are loaded from the section to the discharging section, and the discharging section is directly connected. The tail of the machine consists of a guide rail and a tail roller seat. One end of the guide rail is fixed on the middle bracket by bolts and bonded with the front end of another guide rail by pins to adapt to the unevenness of the bottom plate. The tail drum has the same structure as the drum in the tape storage device and can be interchanged. Its axis position can be adjusted by bolts to adjust the deviation of the conveyor belt at the tail. The front end of the tail drum is equipped with a coal scraper, which can scrape off the broken coal or pulverized coal on the surface of the drum, collect it in the sludge discharge tank and take it out with a special sludge scraper. The tail is equipped with a buffer roller set, which can reduce the impact of lump coal on the belt when receiving materials and is beneficial to improve the life of the belt.

Telescopic belt conveyor is an extension mechanism added to ordinary belt conveyor, so that the belt conveyor can freely extend and retract in the length direction.
