Jingjue ancient city
The first volume of the ghost blowing lamp, the exquisite ancient city, can be divided into two parts The first part ends in the underground military fortress of Darkmouth in Yerengou, mainly to build a framework and platform, and the main line has no clear clues. This part is intended to be written in the genre of folklore and rural gossip. The so-called folk story, I think, is probably the legend of zombies and black donkey hooves in the deep mountains and forests.
Since the archaeological team entered the desert to find the ancient city of Jingjue, they have been exposed to distinct geographical and cultural elements, such as the western desert, Peacock River, Shuang Sheng Mountain, the Thirty Six Kingdoms, the female corpse of Loulan, Dunhuang murals and so on. When these elements are mentioned, a mysterious breath comes to my face, so in this part of Jingjue Ancient City, I take mystery as the core of the story. Finally, the queen of Jingjue did not appear, which was a mystery. This book involves some elements, such as archaeological puzzles.
As the first volume, the biggest defect now is that some parts are too simple and sloppy, and the logic is loose, and they are compiled with the writing, without considering how the following story unfolds; Satisfactory, the description and narration are more realistic and vivid.
The style that looks real and mysterious in the countryside is what I want to express most when I write the first volume.
Speaking of "the truth", I think of some frequently asked questions: Is the writing of "The Ghost Blows the Lamp" true? There are so many nouns, terms, geography and geomantic omen that people who don't understand can't write them at all. Are these contents real or fictional?
First of all, I want to say that "The Ghost Blows the Lamp" is a story, a novel, not documentary literature, nor a memoir. True and false mixed together. If we want to distinguish between truth and fiction, we can only distinguish it by referring to a noun or a relationship.
For example, the story of Yemangou, the location is fictional, but the underground fortress of Kwantung Army as the scene is real. Up to now, there are still sites preserved in northeastern Inner Mongolia and other places. It is said that the fire in Xing 'anling was caused by the explosion of the ammunition depot buried by Kwantung Army.
With regard to nouns and terms, it should be noted that in Ghost Blowing Lights, grave robbery is called "inverted bucket", just like funerary objects are called "funerary objects", and these special trade terms do exist in reality; Moreover, calling the body in the ancient tomb "Zongzi" is completely my own original fiction, and no one has ever said it before.
Another example: the book describes that the captain who touches gold must wear a gold symbol before he can engage in grave robbery. The title of "Captain Touching Gold" existed in the Three Kingdoms period, but it has not been handed down as a traditional industry, only existed for decades. All the traditional rules about touching captain Jin, including the iron law of lighting candles in the southeast corner and touching gold or not, are all made up by myself and are not true. There has never been such a thing as a golden charm in the world, and there is no prototype. I hope readers can see it clearly and don't be misled by my story.
There are countless similar examples in the book Ghost Blowing Lights. The historical background of each ancient tomb and adventure site, prototypes of various mysterious animals and plants, geomantic metaphysics, folk geography, etc. They are all true and false, and more are mixed with reality. The content will be adjusted according to the needs of the story. If you want to explain everything, it will never be clear within three to five days, so I won't explain it here.
Longlingdong
The second volume of Ghost Blowing Lights, Longling Cave, is actually divided into three parts. First, Longling inverted bucket found the ghost tomb of the Western Zhou Dynasty; second, it searched for treasure and touched gold for a captain in Heishui City; third, the coffin shop in Shibeidian presented the King Temple to the water. Although there are three stories in one volume, in this volume, I mainly want to highlight the core element of terror. Some people may say that Ghost Blowing Lights is a thriller, but I don't think it is at all, and it has little to do with "terror" as a whole. Speaking of thriller, I think thriller is just one of the many elements in this book, not the main element. The only suspense is "Longling Cave", which is full of suffocating buttons of traditional scripts. This is a sensational book.
When I wrote Longling Cave, I began to consider the framework of the whole story. In order to connect the first two volumes with the content behind, I arranged some large-scale interludes. This is the story of a partridge whistle. The warlords scuffled, the ancient tomb of the Southern Song Dynasty was stolen, and then they went on an expedition to Heishui City with the dust elder and Father Thomas.
The subtitle of "Ghost Blowing Lights" is "Strange Experience of Grave Robbers", which means that it mainly talks about touching gold. However, as a hidden line, the stories of other grave robbers, such as those who moved the mountain road and unloaded the mountain, began to appear gradually, and the clues of the story were determined to revolve around the bottomless ghost hole, so the role of "Longling Cave" was similar to threading the needle. In this volume, the large-scale interpolation is to adjust the thinking, and test your ability to control writing with different backgrounds through the legends of the Republic of China, which can be said to be advancing in exploration.
In this volume, I'm satisfied with the chapters such as lamp shadows, grotesque figures, hanging ladders, wild cats and crowing lanterns that don't touch gold, but there are some big defects in these two parts, namely, drilling the fishbone temple to steal holes and the Tian Tong Buddhist Temple in Xixia Black Water City, which has slowed down the pace of the story because it is planned to write one million words. In addition, because it is updated at the starting point every day, in order to increase some resistance to online piracy, from
Yunnan chonggu
The third volume of Ghost Blowing Lights, Yunnan Worm Valley, was written while watching the World Cup, which was particularly impressive and was a severe test of energy, physical strength and determination. Exploration is the core of Wang Xian's Tomb. Personally, I like watching movies. I used to love abyss and aliens. The so-called adventure is exploration and adventure. Then I watched the trailer for the remake of King Kong. There was an expedition that used a turntable to load (rob) guns and fought centipedes in the valley. I really like this scene. Outdated expeditions, canoeing, the wreckage of the crashed Air Force (Jun Jun) plane, the ghostly Morse signal, the Chicago typewriter, the immortal giant insects, the corpse hole effect that devours everything, the jungle thorns and fossil caves with harsh natural environment, so the Yunnan Worm Valley began. This is the traditional exploration element of the treasure map, which is a combination of old and new exploration elements with strange supernatural and sci-fi colors.
In Insect Valley in Yunnan, the story type turned to "exploration" in an all-round way. There are not many characters in this volume, and the main space is used to tell about the sinister terrain and all kinds of strange traps. At first, I had no idea about the picture of human skin drawn by Chen Man, a blind man. I thought it was weird, so I tidied it up. With the progress of writing, I am a little surprised to uncover these mysteries. The earliest designed tomb offering the king is an ancient tomb that only the sky were to fall. It's also whimsical. A large passenger plane crashed in front of the gold team and opened the grave, but then I thought it would be bad for many friends to go out by plane in the future. In addition, in the ghost signal part, the US (mi) transport plane was used to assist the China Air Force during the Anti-Japanese War, so the sky were to fall as a bombing plane that was destroyed decades ago. This sense of gravity and fatalism in the plot was unexpected to me.
I am satisfied with part of this book, that is, I can finally prove that the creation of fictional technology is correct, and I still admire myself. In addition, I feel very satisfied with the paragraphs of Hulu Cave, Tiankeng Shentan, Huo's immortal worm and ghost signal.
However, this volume is long and has many defects, mainly due to poor rhythm control. The most unsatisfactory thing is that some clues buried in the front are forgotten after writing, which makes it useless when leaving.
Kunlun jingong
The first volume of Ghost Blowing Lights and the fourth volume of Shenkunlun Temple are full of myths. China has a vast territory and rich resources, and different cultures and legends have been bred in different regions. All China myths must be inseparable from Kunlun Mountain, which is the backbone of heaven and earth, the birthplace of ancestors, the shrine of the Queen Mother of the West and the lair of the northern demons. It seems that Kunlun cannot be called Kunlun without myths and legends. According to ancient books, the true image of the Queen Mother of West Kunlun is a monster. Personally, I imagine it may be a big fish. I once saw the largest freshwater fish in the world in the Natural History Museum, and it really felt like a dragon.
The plot of this book involves the legend of King Gelsall. The epic poem of the heroic king making the enemy orb is itself a long rap poem with strong mythology, so this article on Kunlun Mountain is mixed with many other elements close to mythology. The fish king in the windy lake, the boundless fire, the ice of the poor god, the thunder mountain in the dark, the crystal mountain, the evil Haicheng and the door of disaster are as bizarre as entering the fantasy world. Kunlun Temple is like an adventure in the divine world. Although there are many mythical elements, it still maintains a consistent principle and tries to be close to the real world. Of course, there will be no real myths such as flying underground, immortal and immortal spells.
Due to the schedule and contract, the first film of Ghost Blowing Lights was behind Kunlun Temple, and even if it ended, the final ending was in Beijing Beihai Park, which was a perfect ending. The last chapter, chapter 234, contains all the contents completely, and the physical book is perfect. Of course, this finale belongs only to the first one.
