Do the nine planets in geomantic omen correspond to the nine planets on the original celestial body?

Nine planets in geomantic omen is one white mercury, two black Saturn, three blue Jupiter, four green Jupiter, five loess stars, six white Venus, seven red Venus, eight white Saturn and nine purple Mars. The nine planets (the eighth, kicked out of the ranks of dwarf planets) are Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto.
