Is the rise and fall of bees really related to people's lives? In today's modernization, in fact, many people who know these things do not pay attention to them, or even take them seriously. They naturally know that it is unscientific to say that "bees are chaotic and bees are defeated", so today we can see that bees die every day in professional beekeeping farms, and some bees escape, but no beekeeper will think this is an ominous sign. So why did the ancients associate the rise and fall of bees with families? The bee tribe thinks there are two main reasons.
One: the status of bees in people's minds
For rural areas with backward production, especially when technology is more backward, bees are still a big income for a family. The saying of earth honey is very popular in rural areas, and many friends are deeply touched, especially those born after 70, because of their low living standards, they rarely come into contact with advanced nutrients.
As a wild insect, bees can produce delicious honey with high nutritional value. Although it is produced in rural areas, it is still a rare product because it is wild and its output is not high. For backward times, honey is a high-end luxury, because it does not consume any feed and does not need manual management, which can produce huge economic benefits for beekeepers. It can also be taken in autumn or spring and summer, aiming at rural areas with less economic resources.
From this perspective, it actually shows the importance of bees to a family in an era of low productivity. Getting a swarm of bees is equivalent to an extra income, and losing a swarm of bees is equivalent to losing a part of income.
Second, the judgment of local environmental changes
Bees depend on the natural environment for survival. It can be said that bees are natural judgment insects of the natural environment, because the environment in which bees live needs good air quality, rich nectar plants and suitable climate. Once such an environment is destroyed, bees will run away and migrate, such as industrial pollution in the air and a large number of nectar plants in the nearby environment, which may lead to bees running away or migrating.
From the human point of view, although we are more advanced than bees, we also live in the natural environment and need fresh air and a good ecological environment. Once our ecological environment is destroyed, people will also be affected, just saying that people are more tolerant of environmental changes than bees.
In remote ancient times, in rural areas with underdeveloped technology, it may be difficult for many people to explain this phenomenon, such as ecological destruction, air pollution and so on. Many people don't associate these situations with people's lives. For a simple example, many friends will find that after the forest is severely cut down, the local water resources will be greatly reduced, and we also have such a situation locally. I remember when I was a child, my hometown was rich in water. There was water everywhere, but then I saw many trees, and many wells that had never stopped flowing became dry wells. In this case, if the water source is greatly reduced, it will inevitably affect the development of crops and lead to poor harvest. In the absence of scientific solutions, this change is related to the migration of bees.
From this point of view, there is actually a certain scientific basis, at least where bees exist, indicating that the ecological environment is good.
