4. Loosen the mounting bracket nut under the water supply pipe bracket. Loosen the right mounting bracket nut under the return pipe. Remove the two mounting nuts at the top of the heater. Disconnect the control line of the blower motor switch. Disconnect the control line from the main damper on the heater side. Separate the heater from the mounting stud, then lift it and remove it from the vehicle.
5. Install in the reverse order of disassembly. However, it should be noted that when connecting the blower control line, it is necessary to first connect the line to the switch, then move the switch to the "MAX" position, connect the control line end to the main damper arm, open the main damper and reach the top, and then locate the external cable; After all the work is completed, add coolant as needed.
