Cenxi-Shuiwen Expressway is an important section of Baotou-Maoming Expressway in the national expressway network planning, and it is an important part of six international channels of Pan-Pearl River Delta regional cooperation and the third vertical Dazhou-Maoming of the Third Ring Road. The main line of the project is 30.7257 kilometers, including 29.5 kilometers in Guangxi and 0.6 kilometers in Guangdong.
The route from Cenxi to Shuiwen (Guangdong-Guangxi border) starts from Mengsi Village in Cenxi City, connects the completed Zhu Jin (Guangdong-Guangxi border) to Cenxi Expressway, and passes through Dongwei, Duzhou, Limuping, Orfila, Ge Wei Junshi, Junchang East, Napeng, 207 national highway, Hu Shantang and Wudidong.
