Bowl is the provincial name of the Sanskrit word "Bodolo", also known as "Qi Ying", "Qi Ying" and "alms bowl". Bowl is a tool of Buddhism, and used to be a prop of monks and nuns, representing purity and symbolizing the personality of monks.
In the Buddhist legal system, the "bowl" has three things corresponding to "body, color and quantity" first, and its "body" quality is only allowed to be molded with "tile and iron", and "gold, silver, copper, glass, mani, ash, wood and stone" are not allowed, so the bowl is thick; Secondly, its "color" color is limited to black and red, and its five-point method is limited to black, red and gray, so it is not allowed to affect other colors, so the bowl is mainly gray and black, which is not attractive.
The shape of the bowl is short, the waist is protruding, the mouth and bottom of the bowl are tilted back to the center, and the diameter is smaller than the waist. This shape can be "measured" and not easy to overflow, and it can also keep warm.
