Where does the Weihe River originate?

A tributary of the Qishui River. It was called Qinshui and Qushui in ancient times, commonly known as Houhe. It's in the north of central Shaanxi Province. Originated in the northern part of Fengxiang County. Southwest flows to the south. It has entered the mainstream through Fengxiang County, Qishan County, Fufeng County and Wugong Town of Wugong County. Total length 152km, with a drainage area of 2306km2. The average annual runoff is 79 million cubic meters. The upper reaches are mountainous, the valleys in the middle and lower reaches are wide, and the two sides are plains. Dongfeng reservoir is built on the main river. The main tributary is Zhujiahe.
