In China, railway construction gives priority to big cities. If there are no cities above the prefecture level in an area, there is probably no one-inch railway in this area. The decline of northeast Guizhou began with the revocation of Sinan Prefecture. In the 11th year of Yongle in Ming Dynasty (14 13), there was an internal struggle between two chieftains in Sizhou, and Judy, the founding emperor of Ming Dynasty, took the opportunity to destroy Sizhou and changed the land into a stream. Sinan House is located in the lower reaches of Wujiang River Basin, which governs Shuidejiang, Siyin river and Youxi along the river, as well as barbarian lawsuits, and is also the Mercury Bureau of Wuchuan County, Banchang, Muyou and Yan Qian.
Sinan has become one of the political, economic and cultural centers in northeast Guizhou. Sinan is located at the midpoint of Wujiang shipping, and its geographical position is very important. It is known as the "Pearl of Wujiang River". During the Republic of China, Wujiang became the largest channel for Sichuan salt to enter Guizhou, and the salt from Wujiang accounted for half of Guizhou. The development of salt transportation in Wujiang promoted the production, processing and transportation of coastal agricultural and sideline products. Sinan has quickly become a commercial center, with hundreds of large and small businesses, and there are more than 70 salt brands in Sinan alone.
But everything started with the administrative division reform after the Republic of China, and Sinan entered the history of decline. In the third year of the Republic of China (19 14), Sinan Prefecture was reduced to Sinan County, and Sinan County was transferred to Guizhou. After the founding of New China, Sinan was under the jurisdiction of Tongren Prefecture. The decline of political status led to the economic decline of Sinan. Sinan is still one of the strongest counties in Tongren, but it is only a county after all.
After the founding of the People's Republic of China, Guizhou built Sichuan-Guizhou Railway, Guizhou-Guizhou Railway, Yunnan-Guizhou Railway and Hunan-Guizhou Railway with Guiyang as the center, and later added Huai Yu Railway and other branch railways. However, there is no one-inch railway centered on Sinan in the northeast of Guizhou. With the decline of Wujiang shipping in modern times, the whole northeast Guizhou has become a traffic corner in Guizhou. In the era of high-speed rail, Guizhou built high-speed rail lines such as Guiguang, Shanghai-Kunming, Cheng Gui and Chongqing-Guizhou. Once a traffic corner, Li Congrong became a frontier position leading to Guangdong. At this time, there was no one-inch railway in northeast Guizhou.
But there is no railway planning in northeast Guizhou. On the railway planning map of Guizhou, Zhao Qian Railway, Guixiang High-speed Railway and Fuliu Railway all pass through the northeast of Guizhou. Guizhou Province also saw that the northeast of Guizhou also needed a central city, so it strongly supported the development of Dejiang. Guizhou chose some colleges and universities in Dejiang County and Qianbei Airport, and the purpose was clear at a glance. However, these are just painting cakes to satisfy hunger, and there is still no hope for the railway in northeast Guizhou.
In my opinion, it is difficult to approve the northeast Guizhou railway, because these railways are inter-provincial railways. For example, Zhao Qian Railway actually involves Yunnan, Guizhou and Chongqing, while Guixiang High-speed Railway involves Guizhou, Chongqing and Hubei. Because these railways are dispensable to neighboring provinces, they receive very little support. In my opinion, we should abandon the planning of Zhaoqian Railway and plan the intercity railways from Liupanshui to Bijie to Zunyi and Sinan to Tongren instead. The railway not only passes through many important cities in Guizhou, but also endows Guizhou with the second horizontal high-speed rail line, which will bring northeast Guizhou into the high-speed rail map, which can be described as killing two birds with one stone.
