The warm air working principle of the automobile heater is that the radiator in the heater is connected with the circulating water of the engine through the inlet and outlet pipelines, and the water valve is a switch. The water valve is opened, the waterway is connected, the circulating water of the engine enters the radiator, the fan blows heat into the cab, the water valve is closed, and the warm air does not work.

The heater has a water inlet pipe, which feeds water from above and drains water from below. This is the outlet pipe of the lower heater. The inlet pipe and outlet pipe of the diesel engine warm air are located above the water tank of the heater, that is, the lower inlet pipe and outlet pipe are just above the heater.

The common fault of ZD25 engine is burning engine oil, but there are many reasons for burning engine oil. For example, it is possible to add inferior engine oil by mistake, causing engine oil to burn, and it is possible to burn engine oil on off-road and muddy roads.
