Qin Han, born in Shanghai, China on April 24, 1946, is originally from Huayang, Sichuan, and his real name is Sun Xiangzhong. He is an actor from Taiwan, China. Studied Shilin Middle School and Kaiping High School. Graduated from the China Film Actor Training Class in 1966. His father is Sun Yuanliang, a senior general of the Kuomintang and a famous anti-Japanese general.

His acting career spans nearly half a century, and he has performed in hundreds of movies and nearly 30 TV series.

In 1977, he won the Best Actor Award at the Panama Film Festival for "Cold Smoke" and the "Most Popular Male Star" at the 22nd Asian Film Festival; "A Boat" won the Best Actor at the 15th Taiwan Golden Horse Film Awards and the Best Actor at the 25th Asia-Pacific Film Festival; Chinese Film and Television Golden Lion Award for Best Actor. He has performed in many Qiong Yao's works, including movies and TV series.

In 2014, Qin Han participated in Shanghai Oriental TV's large-scale program "Grandpas Over Flowers" together with four veteran actors: Zeng Jiang, Lei Kesheng, and Niu Ben.

In June 2015, Qin Han was invited by the "Revisiting the Battlefield" series of Phoenix TV's "We Walked Together" column to re-walk his father's anti-Japanese war, restore the historical facts in the form of walking, and pay homage to that war.
