The aperture should be slightly larger than the diameter of the expansion bolt. Derrick should be straight and have enough bearing capacity. When the embedded reinforcement needs to be extended, it must be lap welded, the lap length is 10d, and the weld should be uniform and full. The distance between the boom and the end of the main keel (that is, the cantilever length) shall not exceed 300㎜, otherwise the boom shall be increased. Additional suspenders shall be provided for lamps, tuyeres and manholes. It is forbidden to install heavy equipment such as lamps and fans weighing more than 3kg on the keel of suspended ceiling project, and other hangers should be set to connect with the structure.
3 Install the side keel
The side keel shall be installed according to the design requirements, and the L-shaped galvanized light steel bar shall be fixed on the embedded wooden brick along the horizontal keel line on the wall (column) with self-tapping screws. Wood bricks should be treated with antiseptic. If it is a concrete wall (column), it can be fixed with nails.
Nail spacing should not be greater than the ceiling keel spacing. 4 Install the big keel
The main keel should be hung on the derrick. The main keel spacing is 900 ㎜ ~ 1200mm, generally 1000mm. Light steel keel can be selected from UC50 middle keel or UC38 small keel. The main keel should be bulging, and the bulging height is 1/500 of the short span of the room. The extension of the main keel should be connected, and the adjacent keel should be staggered. After the main keel is hung, it should be basically leveled. For the suspended ceiling with a span greater than 15m, add a large keel on the main keel every 15m, and connect it vertically and firmly. 5 Install the secondary keel
The secondary keel should be installed close to the main keel. The secondary keel spacing is 300 ㎜ ~ 600 ㎜. The secondary keel is divided into T-shaped painted keel and T-shaped aluminum alloy keel. When the secondary keel is fixed on the main keel with T-shaped galvanized iron sheet connectors, both ends of the secondary keel should be placed on the horizontal flange of the L-shaped side keel.
6 Installation of cover plate
The commonly used boards for ceiling cover panels include mineral wool sound-absorbing board, calcium silicate board, plastic board and decorative gypsum board.
