Harqin Left-wing Mongolian Autonomous County, formerly known as Kazuo and Lizhou, belongs to Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province. Located in the southern hilly area of Chaoyang City, western Liaoning Province, the upper reaches of Daling River.

Kazuo county railway has Jincheng line in the north and Weita line in the south leading to Beijing, Jinzhou, Shenyang and Chifeng.
