Harqin Left-wing Mongolian Autonomous County, formerly known as Kazuo and Lizhou, belongs to Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province. Located in the southern hilly area of Chaoyang City, western Liaoning Province, the upper reaches of Daling River.
Kazuo is adjacent to Chaoyang County in the east, lingyuan city in the west, Jianchang County in the south and Jianping County in the north, which is 0/30 km away from Qinhuangdao/KLOC. The northern passage of Liaoxi Corridor is an important part of the Bohai Economic Circle, ranging from 40 47 ′12 ″ north latitude to 4133 ′ 53 ″ east longitude.

Kazuo county railway has Jincheng line in the north and Weita line in the south leading to Beijing, Jinzhou, Shenyang and Chifeng. Among them, Beijing-Shenyang high-speed railway and Kazuo-Chishi high-speed railway pass through Kazuo County, while Kazuo Station and Shen Chang Expressway pass through the north of the county, with public toll stations. The highways include 10 1 National Highway (Beijing-Shenyang Line), National Highway 306 (Suizhu Line) and two provincial highways, Jiansan Line and Lingxing Line.
There are 40 trunk highways with a total mileage of 674 kilometers. It is bordered by Qinhuangdao, a mega-coastal city in the east, 139 km, Jinzhou, a port city, 180 km, Huludao, 400 km southwest of Beijing and 400 km northeast of Shenyang, the provincial capital.
